    Dear Yahoo Customer Service,

    I am writing to you because I am having problems receiving emails sent by BudapestGO (Budapest's official public transport app). I wanted to register for the app a few days ago, and like with other apps, I should have gotten a confirmation email to finish the registration. But even after trying a bunch of times, the email didn't show up in my inbox, and it wasn't in my spam or junk folder either.

    I contacted BKK Customer Service about the problem, and they informed me that their system had successfully sent the emails. They assured me…

  3. Blocking personal email news links-What right does Yahoo mail think they have in imitating the number of email news links and/or types?

    I get an email with daily news links in my personal yahoo webmail that are conservative leaning and after viewing only 5 of them I am blocked from viewing any more unless I log out and log back in???

  5. Give me the ability to return to the Mail screen as it was yesterday and a week ago. This new format stinks.... I don't need all that ****

    Let us put the mail screen back as it was. I don't need an entire section of my screen taken up by ads, neither do I need to see the contents of my email while I'm reading something from my email contents!

  6. The least you could have done was to have the decency to redirect email to .ca to .com you ******

    I have accounts I cannot recover cuz you dont have the decency to have redirect email to .com just incase some made the mistake of registering a account using yahoo.

    its very unfortunate that I created yahoo.ca account and I have been trying to sign into yahoo.ca or recover account from other websites for a long time, but I cannot cuz its does not rediredt to the bloody mail address

  8. Connexion should not be blocked for an hour

    It is now more than 3 months that I am regularly forbidden to connect to my Yahoo mail pro account from my computer for an hour.
    There is just a stupid explanation about security, as my home computer does not move (same IP adress), and it is a real problem when I am supposed to receive a code via mail, which I have 10 minutes or less to use it.
    This needs to be fix urgently, or I will consider leaving Yahoo (which would be a pity after 25 years)

  11. Yahoo mail is all messed up!

    Yahoo mail is all messed up! I am now unable to add bold text, Italics, colors, etc. Also, I am frequently unable to start a new paragraph - sentences are forced to run together. The search feature SUCKS - keeps saying "Nothing to see here" even when copying and pasting legit addresses To and/or From. A ploy to get me to subscribe? I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. So disappointed; I've had this address for 24 years

  15. Having more and more issues in Log in as it asks prove you are not a robot and then says unable to sign in now try after sometime - frustura

    Since past 3 days having problems in sign in - after Log-in it asks prove you are not a robot and after clicking it says cannot sign in now try after sometime - in past three days was forced to change my password thrice and yet the problem in log-in continues- VERY VERY VERY FRUSTURATING for past three (3) days - no help is forthcoming

    I’m not able to login on iOS. Both on Yahoo Mail and Apple mail. When I enter my credentials (email, password, 2fa) I get redirected to login and have to do it again. (Infinite loop)

  18. PLEASE STOP REFUSING MY VALID PASSWORD HAVE HAD EMAIL SINCE1999

    For the last 3 days I have been denied into my email account - because my valid password is denied....I have it written down. My secondary phone number is denied. I no longer have the other phone. And no matter what I do, I have to jump through hoops to get into the email account I have had since 1999
