  2. One of my yahoo! accounts is incorrectly "unrecognized"; I followed the KB steps to recover but need to escalate. please help

    I followed each step listed here:

    I provided the linked account (this one) but the unrecognized account is not appearing (incorrectly).

    I successfully used the account less than one week ago, and it is not recoverable using the phone or email validation details.

    I believe the account entry is missing from the account database, and have no other way to escalate for customer support.

    I did NOT close the account myself, so perhaps it was hacked and/or closed in error?

    Please contact me for the additional details and any further steps to resolve this issue.

  3. Cannot contact Yahoo Admin anymore

    Every time I try to email or try to contact ANYONE in support in the YAHOO Support, it sends me RIGHT BACK HERE! It's getting to be a TOTAL JOKE! You also need to bring back your LIVE HELP CHAT unless THAT department has been replaced by a computer generated response system....which is what seems to have been implemented.

  4. How can I report to Yahoo someone identifying there company huh?

    Better start giving your support E-Mail Address. As someone is using your name for there business. What the heck is wrong with you guys. Can't even contact you to let you know something is going on in your business???? That or get a 1-800 number. No wonder Yahoo is going still down the toilet.

  7. You need better contact methods

    I received an email saying I initiated the process for my account to be shut down, which I did not. When I try to go through the lengthy process of contacting this company, it keeps cycling me through the same things and I never end up with what I need. Which is an answer on whether this was a fake email or not. Super unhappy with the "contact us" option, honestly.

  8. Looks like you guys are going to do absolutely nothing about the "internet security alert" garbage that's infected your site.

    So I'll be going elsewhere for my news (such as it is) and my searching. I've also noticed three articles critical of Yahoo have disappeared in the time that it's taken me to write this. So I really think it's time for me to change up what I use. You guys used to be decent, but thanks to the malware ads, no more.

  9. Need help logging in

    It will not let me log into an old email address. When I enter the password it says invalid. The only other option it gives me to access my account is a phone number I haven’t used in 10+ years. Any help?

  10. Repeated false logins

    Some one daily for the last 60 days has been trying to log into my email. Yahoo sends me a message, daily, this is occurring and suggests I change my password. There is no where to address this information to yahoo and they should have some resource to; a) complain and b) identify where this is coming from and block it.

  11. Recovering and old account

    Your "help page" sucks ***. My account has been hacked and has utilized a back-up setting to where I cannot access it. Reading through your forums, Yahoo says that means my account is beyond returning. How about you give me a way to contact you via email to see if there is a way to bypass all of this and get MY account back

  12. Customer service

    By not providing a legitimate phone number for yahoo account related problems, only yahoo assist, you make the subscribers MORE vulnerable to potential hackers. Tell me exactly why is it called "yahoo assist" if it doesn't help with yahoo account related problems, only generic computer related problems? How is it that this enormous company doors not have the necessary tech support and tools to help it's subscribers?

  14. Suspicious emails

    Just wanted to say that I have received 2 suspicious emails in the last 12 hours from an account named 'Yahoo support'. The subject name is 'reply to this email to stop receiving spam and keep your account safe'. The email that is used it even more suspicious.. admin@internek.loan
