why cant i contact yahoo to solve a yahoo originating problem with my portfolio?
I have been using Yahoo portfolios for over 15 years.
2 days ago one of my portfolios Aus01 suddenly started showing 4 times its values! Each share line item shows 2x the number of actual shares held and the total portfolio of shares is listed twice! The same thing happens on multiple android and windows devices. When i look at the"Holdings" view, the share history is correct and if you add the number of shares in each security, they are also correct. However all other views show 4x the security of shares as described above.
My other portfolios show correctly.… -

FIX YOUR FAULTY PORTFOLIO SUMMARIES
I am sick of contacting Yahoo support and getting the usual copy/paste response when I have repeatedly complained about my Yahoo Finance portfolio summary having completely incorrect data. Individual stocks have data showing extreme losses or gains that wrong. The total amount is wrong. The combined portfolios total is wrong.
Your tech support is absolutely completely useless.
It makes Yahoo look like an absolute B grade piece of rubbish. What has happened to this company?Are you outsourcing tech support to people who have completely no clue?
Does Yahoo employ IT that are sub-par. Can't they fix a website?

Please correct the corporate name. GCC changed its corporate name from Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua, S.A.B. de. C.V. to GCC, S.A.B. de C.V.

Do not allow ads that for websites that will invoke antivius warnings. If I think Yahoo is not protecting me I will stop clicking ads.
I sometimes get antivirus warnings on ads I click. Yahoo should be able to prevent display of such ads by checking the antivirus sites before they display.
