On the Yahoo Finance website you have the 1 month chart available, but it is not available on the phone app (android). There is a 5D and then a 3M ... The valuable 1M snapshot is missing. Could you add that view to the phone app? thx

  2. Yahoo should enhance Portfolio to include corporate actions automatically

  3. portfolio against market

Portfolio performance against market. Unless I am wrong there is no way today to have a view of the complete portfolio to be matched against market evolution. Per stock there is a possibility to include mapping against market performance but not for the complete portfolio.

  4. Y axis needs to span from 0

A chart is a graphical representation of data. To accurately represent the data the Y axis needs to span from 0 (the minimum possible price) to the maximum stock price within the time period presented. Apparently no one in the financial industry understands this simple fact.

  5. Issue an "Save-Alert-Prompt" if view is changed W/O Saving after a Re-Oder Operation

"Inconsistency" will almost always create "issues" if done often enough.

    Maybe I'm just plain "stupid",
but most portfolio changes are almost instantaneously incorporated and saved (i.e. a good feature)

    However,
a re-order of a stock position is only temporarly incororporated,
but not "permanent" until a save is performed.

I can appreciate this philosophy with the re-order operation(s).

But, I am often forgetting to save the re-order,
which doesn't take much of a recovery action,
    unless multiple re-orders were performed.

Although I usually "hate" most "are You Sure" prompts,
once a re-order has been made,
I would strongly appreciate such an…

  7. Printable format for the statistical data on companies.

Would like to print statistical data on companies - without ads, headings, etc. Just the data. The data fitting on one page for each selected company. This would make comparisons so much easier.

  12. Allow "Beta" for stocks to be selectable in "Customized View"

    For the more conservative investor,
the "Beta" for a stock is very useful
when deciding on whelter to establish a new position in a stock.

although this parameter is shown in the view views for individual stocks,
it is not available in portfolio views.

Having it available for customized views
    would be breatly appreciated.

    BTW,
it is very difficult to search for this kind of "Beta"
as almost all searches find the YahooFinance program version of Beta

  13. Allow option to use the same date acquired when creating a list of 30 or forty stocks.

When you revert to the old formats, one change is needed. Allow an option to use the same date acquired when creating a list of 30 or forty stocks. It takes a lot time to create each one individually IF you don't want to use the current date

  14. Chart cursor should be able to sit on the highest and lowest value of the candle, not just the opening and closing price.

Chart cursor should be able to sit on the highest and lowest value of the candle, not just the opening and closing price. Right now it's impossible to tell the high and low of a candle because the magnet is only on the opening and closing part of the candle. Make it so that you can move your cursor up and down to get the highest and lowest price for that candle too.

  15. IDEAS --> Volumes colors are not representative

First of all THANK YOU! .. great service.
I am an ex athlete so team play a must!
What do you think about the fact that the color of the VOLUME is a little not too informing on the purpose of the data?
A price is a set record. The volume amount a set record.
The color a misleading in dependence of factors.
I think that the VOLUME COLOR should be thought better.
The split amounts and price direction can be NOT in ratio therefore misleading to a simple RED when pricing is LOWER and Dark when Pricing is HIGHER. …

  19. My portfolio does not accurately indicate its value

I presently write call options. As such. the total column values should be negative to accurately depict the value of a given portfolio if the present price is above the cost price. For example: I own 1000 shares of a stock, which I purhased for $10000. The premium price is the cost price for call writers. If I write 10 calls at $0.5 than the premium I received is $500. If the last price at the end of the first trading day is $.60, then the total value of my stock is $10000 +(.5-.6)X1000= $9900.

    As the price of the…
