how do i get full featured mail. I don't have a gear icon to change.

Eliminate the link preview when writing a email
The preview is very annoying and in my opinion unnecessary. I have already turned it off in settings but it keeps popping up. Please eliminate this feature or at least fix so when it is turned off it doesnt show up at all

HKEC
Why is HKEC on my account? I have never signed up for it nor did I change my settings to APAC. I have changed my password a number of times but for some reason, I cannot remove HKEC from my account and I can not change the region setting back to North America. Additionally, I believe Yahoo has a security issue. Even after changing my password I still get login alerts from other regions. Thankfully I have 2 step varification enabled.

The font size of the mail remains unchanged even though the settings are on Large. How do we fix that?

Yahoo has become less user-friendly - what's going on?
Please return to the old format - I didn't ask for my account to be changed. I can't find my Contacts or how to add a New Contact

Need to be able to delete connected email addresses from "mailbox list"
Why can I add emails to my "mailbox list" but not delete them from this list? This went wonky and now emails to each account are being sent to all connected accounts and the recovery account!! What a time consuming mess.
You can remove a mailbox , by going to a laptop/desktop computer, click Settings-More Settings-Mailboxes, click the account whose mailbox you want deleted from the current list, then on the right menu that opens, scroll down and click ‘’Remove mailbox’’.

I've turned off notifications in my settings but they keep coming... stop it!
When a user turns off pop up notifications, actually make them stop popping up!
Click on the security lock next to the HTTPS line in your browser’s address box, and select ‘Block’ next to the Notifications.

Yahoo finance premium subscription
long time ago, i opened the junk yahoo email account but by mistake i setup a country other than usa though i lived in usa. due to this, i was not able to register for yahoo finance premium. i sent multiple emails to yahoo finance help and none of them helped yet to changed the account country settings. no one gives clues how to change this. it used to be yahoo id card and change account settings in the past, but not any more. i cannot change account regional settings. i really hate verizon not helping the yahoo customers and…

You can put the "block" function back in the "more" options. Sorting through all the spam to find personal emails is a pain in the *****
Easy, . . reinstate the blocking function. How hard can it be? You ask how you can improve New Mail, . . . you have your answer !

Settings wheel is gutted out - no access to block or unblock adresses
Setting used to allow us to access a settings area to block email addresses. It is no longer there . Seriously, WHAT happened to the Settings wheel >
This is what a Yahoo Help online tells me, yet it is not there where I mouse over it. What is up ????

I am looking around for a new provider.Once you log into mail.yahoo.com from a desktop browser on the right side of the email page you have the small house icon, also known as the Home icon. Under that icon is a gear icon with the word Settings written next to it. Click on it and select More Settings > Security and privacy > next to blocked addresses click the Add option.

Forgotten to change phone number but won't let me change it.
I would like to change my phone number but it won't let me. It won't allow to change it, because I don't have the old number anymore and had forgotten to change it before I lost the old number.

HOW TO instructions
I desperately need to change the signature on my outgoing emails, as the information is out of date. However, the instructions I have found to do so don't make any sense. They tell me to click on things which aren't there. For example, "go to settings and click on accounts"... But Accounts is nowhere to be seen.
To change the signature on webmail go to Settings > More settings > Writing email > Signature

Creating mailbox with different domain name extension. Using email alias not working.
You can create an email alias, by going to mail.yahoo.com-Settings-More Settings-Mailboxes-Email alias.
This solution was not working. Gave me error of "sorry ******.com is unavailable"
Even though, I can login by using *****@yahoo.com, but no mailbox for "com" only "ca" mailbox.
