SWITCH BACK TO CLASSIC
SWITCH BACK TO CLASSIC. FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS BUT WAS UNABLE TO SEE WHAT YAHOO DESCRIBED IN ORDER TO SWITCH BACK.

There is no "Switch To Classic Mail" option after clicking on "Settings" icon.
When I Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner there is no "Switch To Classic Mail" option at the bottom of the window. In the new Yahoo Mail the fonts are too light making them more difficult to read from a distance. There is no option in settings to enlarge type. Doing so via keyboard results in type that is still too light. Give me back "Classic" Yahoo mail.
Our Engineers made some changes so the “Switch to Classic” option in settings should now show. Thank you for your feedback.

Time zone Warning
Delete this setting. It appears more than just me are annoyed with this. It is still amazing that this is an issue when the mobile phones figured this out well over a decade ago. Strange how a progressive company as Yahoo cant seem to figure this one out.

Block addresses by domain name
Blocking individual addresses does little to stop the plethora of SPAM these days. If we can add a block by domain name feature, this would help cut down on repeat spammer domains.

For us older users a larger font and a darker color for the message woudl be easier
font and darkening the pale grey in the message would certainly make it easier to read.

Increase line-height when increasing font size.
When you increase the font-size, but not the line-height, the lines get very close together making it harder to read. Whenever the font-size is changed, the line-height should change accordingly.

Remove ads and provide refresh button.
Nice graphics. You should give a option to remove the ads which is coming on right side like 'try the Yahoo mail app for mobile' etc. And where is the refresh button of my mail box?

The "new" YM will be great when you restore many of the features (filters, in particular) we used to have in the old version. Are you still working on implementing those in the new style? It's been quite a while now... Sure miss 'em!

FIX YOUR BLOCKING AND FILTERING!
EVERY ADDRESS I BLOCK IS GONE 5 MINUTES LATER AND THE SAME WITH FILTERING, IT HAS NOT WORKED RIGHT FOR A COUPLE YEARS NOW! TIME TO GET RID OF YAHOO!

Can not open settings. Can not delete an email. This program is not ready for general distribution. How do you get back to the old but functioning email program?

I don't like the new version of mail. It doesn't have the user-friendly options that classic has.
My mother and I use Yahoo. My mother is 90 years old and deaf so she relies on her email for communication. She is getting more confused and the little box at the bottom right that says "one click away from your upgraded inbox" is annoyingly in the way. She is constantly clicking on it by accident and I have to change it back to the classic version on a daily basis. Is there a way to get rid of that box? She will never use the new version of email because the change is just too much for her…

Phishing
I just got a Phishing Scam email from purporting to be from Apple....and it was not, then I find this cannot be reported any more. There is a giant difference between SPAM and Phishing, we want the function back as I am sure it would make Yahoos job easier. Also our online safety.

I can't block whole domains anymore. I also can't copy an email address in my inbox. Blocking spam just got a lot harder.
I want to be able to block entire domains again. I can't even block an email now without clicking reply or forward and then copying the email address, then opening up the settings and pasting it. Then the spam email gets saved to my drafts!
