How can we improve New Mail?

Remove ads and provide refresh button.

Nice graphics. You should give a option to remove the ads which is coming on right side like 'try the Yahoo mail app for mobile' etc. And where is the refresh button of my mail box?

    I tried whitelisting, but the mail page was slower, not faster. So maybe less data-consuming ads, or fewer ads?

    Most people use their email to stay in contact with family and loved ones. Some also use their email for business. I prefer using an unconventional browser because of the built in ad-block software. This help keep my browser safe. Also my internet security software uses a safe browser so I have no worries of unwanted ads or solicitations. You state that we can regress back to the original mail but when doing so then the barrage of upgrading to the new and improved yahoo mail barrage starts. It's a no win situation. For the people who use your ads, more power to them. For those who pay, they aren't disabled on a small monthly check to get by. stop the barrage of whitelisting every time someone wants to check their email, and the ads can be done in a smaller more tasteful manor and not make a person feel as if they were in the film "Minority Report".

    it is an oldest mail service, ads take lot of screen space, obstruct mail view. i wanna keep using yahoo mail. PLZ REMOVE ADS

    Why on earth are you subjecting customers who pay for the advertisement-free service to offers from earny.co??

    The reason we pay is to not have ads showing, especially those on purchases made, making you feel you have no privacy and that your purchases are creepily being looked at!

    Are you trying to drive paying customers away?

    Would love to remove some Ad categories but keep others, like non-english language ads / shopping ads / and sports sports ads don't want to see those. Sports are not interesting to me and don't have money to spare on the things advertised.

    Minimize Advertisement, But not totally remove AD's, and add download button form e-mail to gadget or to the computer in easy way, And will wait for the come back of Yahoo Messenger, The fastest Video Calling and Chat Room. I've ever experience. Thank you very much and God Bless the entire Management of YAHOO

    Collapse the search bar to a magnifying icon - and do not have it reappear every time I scroll down my mailbox list!
    Make the "Yahoo! Mail Pro" logo smaller.
    Move the search icon, the logo, my picture and name, the 3x3 grid of yahoo services & the Home icon and label to the right side bar (where the 'Settings' gear is and now that the banner is empty, expand space for text.

    Remove ads from new email list. Will lead to hacking since can't remove unless opened.

    Stop pushing the greed agenda.Fix the window you broke to allow vulgar spam into my email account.It was fine till Verizon took over..UH'MMMM...What say you??

    I dont like it showing personal information such as my full name and phone number on the side when trying to read an email, I cant get rid of it.

    Remove ads from my mail. I hate it and I use only if I have to as ads take up over 1/2 my screen space. Utterly ridiculous and annoying.

    When you try to remove the ads, and it asks to make Yahoo default search, if you click "No", why don't you ask them why not?

    please provide the option to Refresh option how long it takes we are very eager to get that.

    all incoming mails very dead slow to appear in an inbox.sometimes it takes even 24 hours why this much slow.Doing with yahoo mail means better be in ****
