send follow up email without having to send a new one..... Currently there isn't any way to continue the string of emails with one idea.
Try to send a follow-up email without starting a new string of emails. You don't have any provision to continue sending the same thought without the other person sending a reply. Add that and it would be better. Just as a thought...
GMAIL is better than your new user un-friendly email service.
