Well, first of all, don't limit the text in the response as one can't lay out the reasons why, secondly, to damned much spam.
limit the damned spam, if you can't do that, open up the delete button to where you can delete more than 200 items, (I've done up to three, meaning over 600 spam mails a day. This doesn't even include what I found in my mail, which is worse, because you have to stop and pick and choose the deletions. I'm looking for a new mail provider with better control over what is sent.
