    No matter what Yahoo managers want to waste time and effort on, what people care about is Yahoo Messenger. Yahoo Messenger was the keystone product that brought people to the other Yahoo tools.

    No Messenger, No Yahoo. Ignore that fact and Yahoo is wasting time asking.
