    I send e-mails to 20 or more persons, the new format wouldn't let me remove a person from my BCC list. The old format would. J Wayne King

    Painfully slow. I've had to try to log on twice today and waited for ages while the message at the foot of the screen showed "making handshake", "requesting data", Waiting for Yahoo", transferring data". Eventually today's emails loaded, but not yesterday's or previous days. What's going on.
