    Give instructions on how to go back to the old mail. About to switch to a new provider! completely frustrating to compose and edit messages in the new format.

    SPAM. Very first interaction with the "improved new mail" is a problem, Gawd, do I hate how updates always cause a problem! I could mark it as SPAM, but it STAYED IN MY INBOX. It should automatically disappear into the SPAM folder. And I want the old lineup of the folders so I see inbox, sent, drafts, SPAM, trash as I used to.

    How do I switch back? What are the improvements? I resent having to go through the mess ups to get to them and they are probably thingsI won't use or care about.

    when I click on settings, doesn't allow me to get to bottom of it.

    Again did you even test this on all platforms before launching. doesn't fit the screen. need to adjust each time I look at a message. Settings automatically closes before I can make adjustment. Let me go back to the old mail. I know every new thing has a learning curve , but this is broken!!!!

    Go back to the old e-mail - we could at least review our message and delete them fairly quick. This new stuff is awful.

    i am not able to download my file from yahoo mail.
    I forward my mails to my gmail id then i get may attachments download.

    I am not able to use this version. My email is all over the place in different folders with no way to change the settings. I see you tried to copy gmail but not successfully. You forgot to give people the option to change their settings. I do not have a delete folder and the text is gray and unreadable! Again, how do I revert back to old version?

    I hate this new email format. Please let me know how to return to old format. It is visually unappealing. Does not allow me to do what I previously did and I cannot view attachments as I did before and download to my desktop for business. I will need to find a new email provider and waste a great deal of time notifying all contacts that I am shutting down Yahoo as it is TOTAL GARBAGE. How sad.
