    Absolutely horrendous customer care/service, there are close to 20K people on this thread alone that shows your "Idea" of a decent mailbox is WRONG!
    Allow us the option of having an interface we actually like dealing with. I would rather not have to change all my yahoo mail address to another provider. I loved the old version and have been using it for years. If it is not returned I will never use Yahoo for anything again, because frankly your update sucks.

    Please let me use previous version of email box. I haven't agreed to the change for a reason, cuz I liked the previous!!! one!!!

    I hada look at the new format before and didn't like it so have deliberately avoided updating. However, I was unable to close the notification box as usual and **** thing changed to new format.

    New format offers a limited choice of backgrounds, in insipid colour schemes. I prefer my old background with the plant leaves because it was bold, fresh and just made the mind-numbing chore of scrolling through mundane emails so much more inviting! So, please give me back my leaves!!

    PLEASE GIVE ME THE OLD FORMAT BACK. I am having many issues adding attachments and sending mail. I do not want this new format, I've tried it twice. Been a user for over 20 years and I am not happy with the new mail. My business depends on being able to send attachments!

    I want the old mail back. You have so many people wanting the same. Yet Yahoo mail does not listen

    I will simply look for another email provider since I absolutely hate this version. If I have to switch then I might as well find another service that I like better. After 25+ years I will soon say "good-bye"!

    you updated email **** sucks and you had no right to take it upon yourself to change it. Put it back to the old way and leave my **** alone.

    THIS NEW YAHOO IS **** **** ****......GIVE ME BACK THE BLOODY E MAIL I HAD EARLIER TODAY....I NEVER SELECTED IT TO CHANGE NOR DID I WANT IT TOO.

    This new version is awful return my mailbox back to it own settings immediately. I did not agree to update and have not clicked on your link. your new version is blurry, the layout is ****** and the colors awful. whoever coded that update needs to go back to school.
    IT IS AWFUL!
