    THE ABSOLUTE WORST EMAIL PLATFORM EVER CREATED. AGAIN: THE ABSOLUTE WORST EMAIL PLATFORM EVER, EVER CREATED.

    YAHOO SHOULD BE PROFESSIONALLY ASHAMED OF THIS PRODUCT. NON-USER FRIENDLY. LAYOUT/FEATURES SCATTERED ACROSS PAGE. UNATTRACTIVE COLOR SCHEMES.

    THIS COMPLAINT BOX IS TOO SMALL TO HOLD THE SCOPE OF FAILURES THIS PRODUCT EXHIBITS.

    SHAME ON YAHOO. RESTORE THE ORIGINAL - - - OR GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS OF DESIGNING EMAIL PLATFORMS.

    ALSO, ONE CAN'T HELP BUT NOTICE THAT THERE ISN'T A CATEGORY RE EMAIL. WHY NOT? BECAUSE THE PRODUCT IS SIMPLY AWFUL

    Yahoo you told me (us) that you made email faster is a lie. Emails that are sent out are taking anywhere from 2 minutes to a half hour to get to the receiving person. These email are less then 1 MB in size. In Classic I could send a 15 MB size email and the same receiving person would get the email in a mater of seconds. This new format is not faster but 10 times slower with all the useless garbage you added to it. Sure can tell why people are jumping ship because of this new mail format.

    I used to see only 25 emails at once. Because I receive so many emails, this is much easier to work with than bringing up how ever many I am seeing now. Also, I have no idea how I somehow switched to this new format. It should not be this easy to switch. Please tell me how to get back.

    Due to the fact that Yahoo had a Security Breach on my @ymail.com from the years 2012 to 2016 does this mean that my Calendar will be fixed where I will not keep getting the ERROR 500? Would sure like to have my Calendar working again.

    Now it’s back to the Temporary error: 500 screen and why clicking on HELP it gives you the same screen. Good going Yahoo!!! Upgrade Basic mail but can’t fix my calendar or Notes and not even the New mail.

    Well it looks like Yahoo is finely doing something about my calendar and notes. They took away the Temporary error: 500 screen and giving me a blank screen. Also why is it Yahoo can improve Basic email and can’t fix the New email or my calendar and notes?
    I figured out why Yahoo has not fixed my calendar and notes! It is on a ymail.com account and appears to be old like Classic mail and will not be supported just like Yahoo not telling us that the New mail is out dated and also is not being supported.
    It’s been well over now four months and Yahoo still has not fixed my Calendar or Notepad so when is Yahoo going to fix the following?!?!?!?!?!?
    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is;

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    Yahoo keeps making changes but the improvement is for Yahoo employees and not for the person using Yahoo. Yahoo needs to stop "improving" until they fix what is wrong. Best to go back to original yahoo.

    before changing your formats, you need to thoroughly check it out. We now have to switch back and forth between new and classic to edit and add new contacts and groups.

    I hate the new format, I can't work with my contact list. I cannot set up categories and I don't care about the history or emails on each of my contacts.
    I hate it. I want my old email the way it was.

    Can you all stop fixing what isn't broken. I now can't add new groups.
