    please , just return the old format. the new one is disaster , unpracticale and repetitve

    Editing lists in the new format was very difficult. Never did succeed

    I hate the new format, not user friendly for importing group emails, ect.

    The New Email doesn't allow me to enjoy how I use my email! I can't use the moving emojis , there's very few stationary choices and I can't see the whole email as I'm writing. Please put me back to the old format. I can't even add someone to my contact list and put them n the right category.

    every time I try to open my E-Mail, I have to reply with a new code Get rid of that problem.

    Now it’s back to the Temporary error: 500 screen and why clicking on HELP it gives you the same screen. Good going Yahoo!!! Upgrade Basic mail but can’t fix my calendar or Notes and not even the New mail.

    Well it looks like Yahoo is finely doing something about my calendar and notes. They took away the Temporary error: 500 screen and giving me a blank screen. Also why is it Yahoo can improve Basic email and can’t fix the New email or my calendar and notes?
    I figured out why Yahoo has not fixed my calendar and notes! It is on a ymail.com account and appears to be old like Classic mail and will not be supported just like Yahoo not telling us that the New mail is out dated and also is not being supported.
    It’s been well over now four months and Yahoo still has not fixed my Calendar or Notepad so when is Yahoo going to fix the following?!?!?!?!?!?
    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is;

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    I don't like the new contact list. I don't see all my contacts on this new list. How do I go back to the previous.

    You really need to run your 'new' and improved ideas across real users and heed the feedback. I am leaving Yahoo for gmail after many years. Better that than the frustrations with your 'upgrades'.

    Leaving Yahoo email after many years. Pain in the !@@ with the 'new' format. You left off the ability to easily send to a list group

    Go back to the traditional format! The new layout *****. Why would you mess with something that worked perfectly and looked aesthetically pleasing? Have you nothing better to do with your day? The new, boxy format looks pathetic.

    WTF, is up with this BS on being forced to watch ads on my inbox page? Why does yahoo make so hard and covers up the setting to simply stop ads and all the bloatware from hitting us up?

    Stop changing thing around. This makes not use yahoo. and I'm glad we have google, facebook, yelp wordstar youtube. to leave bad revies for yahoo.

    I find it very frustrating that some contacts can not be found in " Contacts " , but can be found in " T o " when sending an e-mail. Also I can not now add contacts to " Groups " The system is very time wasting. I hate it.
