    Your new email format is awful!
    When I click between my email accounts, I always have to scroll back up to the top at the most recent email even though I was already at the top.

    And using the Shift key to select more than one email no longer works. LAME!!!!!

    THE FONTS ARE TOO SMALL TO READ I HAVE TRIED TO ENLARGE THEM BUT THEY NEVER CHANGE WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO

    quit changing things - why can't you understand that we don't want constant change to functionality - we use yahoo mail because it is easy to use but changing it constantly makes it harder and we don't have time for that

    I figured out why Yahoo has not fixed my calendar and notes! It is on a ymail.com account and appears to be old like Classic mail and will not be supported just like Yahoo not telling us that the New mail is out dated and also is not being supported.
    It’s been well over now four months and Yahoo still has not fixed my Calendar or Notepad so when is Yahoo going to fix the following?!?!?!?!?!?
    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is;

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    This is the worst version EVER! I want to reorganize my contacts and delete some, there doesn't seem to be any way to do that. There are so many other issues, but this is the one that's annoying me the most right now. Seems like you've been getting many comments of this nature. Obviously you don't really care.

    We all want the old Yahoo email back!! This new one SUCKS! I can not edit contacts among the many other problems...

    I HATE the new MAIL. and there IS NO OLD MAIL. If you switch back, it's worse! it is NOT THE SAME OLD MAIL.
    Also, I had a back door to the old mail, which you have now removed.
    I WANT MY OLD MAIL BACK, PLEASE.

    Absolutely agree. The new one has "features"that slow me up, hide things, and in general are a PITA

    It's been awhile since I checked in here and I see there are more people that are dissatisfied with Yahoo Mail than when I left. About a month ago I decided to give up on Yahoo Mail and go with G-Mail. While I have kept Yahoo Mail account up and running to catch all the e-mails that didn't get the address change, most all contacts have changed. Some of the biggest problems was going to each web site and getting the change over done. Surprisingly, ones that you would think would be hard to do, like financial was the easiest, and the hardest was some of the odd web sites that I just keep around. Anyway, one of the biggest pluses that I have found is using Google is everything seems to go faster. I just keep Yahoo Mail in my book marks and it comes up almost immediately. So there is other life out there other than Yahoo. It used to be a great web site but in the last few years it has progressively gotten worse, a lot worse! I don't miss dealing with it.

    Much prefer the old format - much more user-friendly and easier to use! Please return me to the old format, there was nothing wrong with it in my opinion.

    The old format was much easier to maintain a list of contacts. I make changes to my contact lists now on the new format and save them but the changes are not made. Just because it's new doesn't make it better. PLEASE FIX IT QUICK!!!!!
