    With this new format I can't figure out how to send out our newsletters despite trying for over an hour. This is upsetting. You changed it without and directives from me or giving instructions how to use this new format.

    You ask for feedback and all I can see is the utter disgust of the "new mail" style. However, you are NOT doing a **** thing about it. Seems ALL the feedback is falling on deaf ears. Nice way to LOSE the faithful over some ******** that could be fixed with a simple click... Way (not) to go Yahoo... Pitiful and disappointing... Guess Ill make my gmail account my go to.

    I figured out why Yahoo has not fixed my calendar and notes! It is on a ymail.com account and appears to be old like Classic mail and will not be supported just like Yahoo not telling us that the New mail is out dated and also is not being supported.
    It’s been well over now four months and Yahoo still has not fixed my Calendar or Notepad so when is Yahoo going to fix the following?!?!?!?!?!?
    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is;

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    It has been impossible for me to change or delete a CONTACT despite following your directions.
    Either your ikons not there (upper Left) or if I click on the right one the choice to delete does not appear

    I was happy with the email i had. When i wanted to block emails it was easier then what i have. please return me to my I didn't ask to have it changed. You made me one unhappy customer.

    Give us the option to switch back to Classic. The new one is gawdawful!!!!!

    I used to be able to use "groups" such as my children or cousins, or close neighbors. That option is gone. This is a lousy setup!!!!!! Please return me to my old format!!!!!!!
