    PLEASE go back to the old format, I liked the stationary and the moving emojies. This new mail is terrible! I can't add a contact either, just a name and no place for an email address. Just go back to the way it was!
    Improvements are necessary!

    New format stinks. Change for change sake does not work. Someone needs to lose their job!

    Looking at the comments about your new & improved e-mail. I suggest you take note & take action to revert to the old format. If the people who thought the new format was an improvement I suggest you advise them to look for employment elsewhere as they don't seem to have any idea about the phrase "user friendly". Why do you think Apple are so successful.

    It’s been well over three months and Yahoo still has not fixed my Calendar or Notepad so when is Yahoo going to fix the following?!?!?!?!?!?
    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is;

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    This is horrible!! I want the old format! I use lists all the time and cannot update a list or add a contact to a list. I am going to close my email if I can't have the old format back.

    I do not like the new format. Want to switch to the old format. When Printing off emails. I get things cut off. I just want the plain old fashioned email format.

    Please give me back my old Yahoo Mail!!!! I can't add contacts. When I think I have added a new one, it doesn't appear in my list. Also, the list of contacts is no longer alphabetical!!! I have to look thru 100 addresses to find someone.

    Yahoo, Your new system does not work for me. I used to be able to add names and e-mails to my contact lists but now it seems that I cannot do that!, Can you tell me how to add names and information to my contact lists? I would appreciate this very much! Thank you!
