    You cannot update a contact when the contact changes email. I will be looking for another provider!!!!

    How do I switch to classic email. I dislike the contact feature in current email format.

    I couldn't add contacts for a while. Now I can't edit them and put contacts into my groups.

    So many problem's with your new format... the old one was fine... thus the saying -don't fix it - if it's not broken

    The link still doesn't answer my question about putting contacts in the category that they need to be in.

    I don't like the new format either; especially the way you enter contacts. Doesn't let me assign the new contact to a distribution list, plus after creating it, it doesn't show in my contacts list. Plus, I cannot delete a contacy entry. PLEASE take me back to my old format.

    I so dislike this new format! Why did you change the old one that was working well? Now it is MUCH harder to find contacts - I cannot choose whether I want them alphabetized by last name or first name, within lists all of my ordering is lost and it is now a random mess. I have read other comments of people unable to add to or create lists. Just go back to classic, please. It worked well for me for years.

    It’s been well over three months and Yahoo still has not fixed my Calendar or Notepad so when is Yahoo going to fix the following?!?!?!?!?!?
    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is;

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Hate the new format. Contacts are a mess, especially lists. They are listed randomly, many duplicates, making changes is very confusing and added contacts are not always added - even after repeated attempts. If it aint broke, don't "fix" it. Now its broken - put.it.back.
