It’s been well over three months and Yahoo still has not fixed my Calendar or Notepad so when is Yahoo going to fix the following?!?!?!?!?!?
On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is;“We're experiencing some technical difficulties...

Totally confused by the new format. Any work on Contacts now appears on the far right of my screen without a full view of Contact options. The Help page seems to refer to the old format. i can not access the tabs for Lists etc from Settings as it suggests to do. https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN22077.html It only gives you "Themes and Background"

Please return to the old email format. This version is not visually appealing, it is confusing and has alot of click bait. I have had this account for over 20 years, please change it back.

Someone changed the entire email section format. I cannot seem to add groups to an email I realkly am in urgent need of going back to the previous format!!!!! PLEASE

Why change to a version that does less and is harder to use than the old version? It's the number one complaint by a mile so why not listen to users?
I can't add folders, can't call up old folders, and when I add a new contact cannot add it to any folder and have to enter all new addresses one by one when sending an email to all.
I want the old email back or I'll start using my addresses on Hotmail or Gmail, both of which work just fine and work like they always have.

I understand retiring support for older versions, but you keep updating and creating bad new versions. There was nothing wrong with the old version! Now I have to deal with massive amounts of TABS/emails left open after I reply, and I cannot work with my contacts at all. I used to be able to click a senders email and add to my contacts, but no more. Sorting contacts into lists is now impossible. Searches for contacts don't come up with anything, but I can scroll through and find them. I pay for my email account; I shouldn't be forced to "upgrade" to versions that have not been designed for the heavy email user. I have to go through my emails twice now! This is insane.

You raised the price of the paying mailbox by a lot (from $20 to $35... a +75% increase!) and we can't even configure it as it was before (new layout is ****!)... get me back my old email layout or refund me!

this new thing doesn't allow me to add folks to my different lists. This makes it take a monumental length of time to send out mass emails. It does not work for the chair of a county Democrat Party or for anyone who is responsible for letting their membership of any organization know about events, changes, etc
