At present I am locked out of all other internet communication as every time I try to log into Chrome the only thing I get is Yahoo! What has happened? I can't access online banking and when I tried the 'help' line it was all in Chinese. Has my laptop been compromised?

It’s been well over three months and Yahoo still has not fixed my Calendar or Notepad so when is Yahoo going to fix the following?!?!?!?!?!?
On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is;“We're experiencing some technical difficulties...

I don't know why I'm doing this because Yahoo does not listen to their subscribers, but here it goes: The new email format stinks big time. When you forced me to go to the new, I lost contacts, I lost the ability to manage my contacts the way I like them. IT IS DEFINITELY NOT USER FRIENDLY AND I CAN'T FIND HELP TO GET IT RIGHT.

Stupid, stupid, stupid. Who got a bonus for springing this dog on Yahoo! users. My stock continues to decline with stupid decisions like this. Finally, I saw at the bottom how to add new email recipients only to find that I cannot make a group or put them in a group. Stupid.

I hate what this new mail format for yahoo pro. I can't add a new contact or it won't let me delete a contact. I have several contact folders and it may show that same person four or five different times in that folder. Please change it back to the old format. You are making my job 10 times hard then it has to be. If I switch back to classic it has all the old contact and none of the changes that I made in pro. I have done everything it has suggested I do (refresh, change browsers, etc.) and nothing works. If something doesn't change soon, I will have to change to a different email server.

PLEASE FIX THIS EMAIL PROGRAM, IT DOESN'T SORT PROPERLY THE SEARCH DOESN'T WORK, THE FONTS CHANGE AUTOMATICALLY, THE SIGNATURE CHANGES BY ITSELF, IT IS SLOWER THAN SLOW. IT IS REALLY REALLY BAD, AND REALLY REALLY BUGGY. GIVE US BACK THE OLD MAIL THIS ONE NEEDS TO GO INTO THE DUMPSTER. IT IS REALLY MAKING A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON MY BUSINESS AND EMAIL SHOULD NOT BE THIS ******. AND YES I HAVE CLEARED EVERYTHING, RESTARTED, TRIED 4 DIFFERENT BROWSER AND IT DOESN'T WORK ON ALL OF THEM. Need for classic yahoo email functionality
I need to be allowed access to the classic yahoo email screen with the feature that allows you to select all emails from a single email address even if the sender names are different. this 'new' email is merely basic with colour. I currently get about 500 emails a day and cannot process them with this 'new' system. There are more than 13,000 emails in my inbox. I need acces to classc yahoo. Please.

I doubt if anyone at Yahoo really reads all the complaints they receive, much less care what we, the users, actually care about. I would hope that all other web sites are not as uncaring as Yahoo is.
