It’s been well over three months and Yahoo still has not fixed my Calendar or Notepad so when is Yahoo going to fix the following?!?!?!?!?!?
On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is;“We're experiencing some technical difficulties...

just start supporting the old themes again no one likes the new ones and i find them disgusting, repulsive and difficult to use please start supporting the old themes and stop forcing new themes on the people that use your site or you will most likely lose said site to extremely low activity on your site

So user unfriendly and very frustrating. Where are my lists? Trying to navigate this new format is a nightmare. What on earth are you playing at, Yahoo? First you change and make us go to a new window for contacts and now this! For goodness sake, what happened to pleasing the customer?

New email format stinks. Bring back the old version. Also, my yahoo emails show up with a 3 hour different time stamp on them and there is not place I can find to change it. Why doesn't it just use the time/date off the computer? KISS principle has been lost.....

You obviously don't give a d@#n what your users want and need so you foist this totally ****** format on us. Incompetence reigns at Yahoo! Complicated isn't better. Frustrating and inconvenient is stressful. Efficiency is a word you don't understand. Marketing and caring about your users -- totally absent. You get to use all our information to SELL FOR MONEY and yet you treat us this way.
Greed is a sin -- a big sin. Hopefully when our government gets through looking into the HUGE problems with powerful Tech companies you'll be screaming and crying about all the regulations you have to follow. I don't like big government but at this point someone needs to step in and take away your power because Yahoo and others have definitely abused it. Evidently the old quote about "power corrupts" is more right than ever in the Tech world today.
Whatever happened to the morals and ethics of "doing good in this world"? What goes around, comes around. In a world that is ever more complex, things like Basic Mail and true common sense would be a tremendous help and relief!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -

Retire support for older versions!!! Were being lied too. Isn't Basic older then Classic? So Basic should have been support ending, right!!! So this means we have to put up with this new un-useful mail and Basic and it is basic.
Wait a minute, hold the phone!!! I have a ymail.com and yahoo.com mail addresses and guess what, I (we) have been lied too again!!! Lier lier pants on fire Yahoo. There is now no switching back to Basic mail.
So us users are being screwed over again by your LIES and un-useful email HELP that is so far outdated that Yahoo should just totally end having a mail service as your doing a darn good job of already chasing users away.

Well your new version sucks, I can't add to or remove to my contact folders. Nothing is user friendly and I am most certainly not tech stupid. This is the worst version of email I have worked with and I work with more than one. I will have to look for another version if I can't have my old version back.

Everything. Just make everyone happy and let us go back to the old format. You've completely ruined my user experience, I've used Yahoo for about as long as you've had email services and because of these horrible changes you've made I'm slowly migrating away. Once I get all of my necessary emails changed to my newer service I will no longer use this one. I kept sending information to you when you started the last long round of changes a few years ago, you didn't listen to me and numerous others, so I'm done. If you can't offer us something that looks and works like the old format, without all of the unnecessary **** the new one has, then I'm done. Which means, since I know you're committed to the current abomination, I'm done with your service just as soon as I'm migrated. Thanks for ruining years of customer loyalty.
