    Now I can't find my contacts.

    You say you had to retire the old one. Well, why can't you get something similar? AND I can't even get into the instructions to see if I can at least get my contacts in alphabetical order AND then edit entries if I have to (which I need to do). THIS IS THE PITS!!! HELP!!!

    Want old version back on my account. That is why I haven't changed anything since I first had Yahoo Mail.

    I completely agree with the all the comments expressed. For once are you actually going to listen to your users and return US back to the old format we want or are you going to continue to be arrogant like most large companies and just do what you want. FOR ONCE ACTUALLY LISTEN TO YOUR USERS PLEASE!!!!

    It's beyond frustrating. All I want to do is send a group email out to everyone in our league but the new Contacts list does not allow me to do it. I mean, I'm sure it does, somewhere, but after 15 minutes of clicking every link, I couldn't find the Select All button. If it does exist, Yahoo sure did a lousy job of explaining where it is.

    If something isn't broke don't fix it. I still have trouble with this "Upgraded Inbox" put it back the way it was.

    I'm not sure what happened since I last used the yahoo page, but I do not see this issue on other pages. You seem to have changed the font on your yahoo page and email. All text is showing up white with black outlines that are very thin and almost impossible to read. Typing this message us displaying normal though. It's on the buttons and some text above.

    Leave the damned format alone! NO ONE likes this new interface meant to mimic Microsoft's! Thanks for an "upgrade I didn't want.

    Any way to get my spam emails back? When they switched me to the new version, did they just delete my spam folders? I had a lot of good emails always ending up as spam.

    Well now it’s been over three months and Yahoo still has not fixed my Calendar or Notepad so when the **** is Yahoo going to fix the following?!?!?!?!?!?
    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is;

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!
