    I believe we will all be switching to gmail or another simple, easy to use site. Since these kind of comments typically only reflect 1% of the upset users, Yahoo, are you really willing to lose 1,988,900 users?

    I need my contacts readily accessible with ALL of the info at my fingertips. I cannot use the new format. It's like pulling teeth trying to view all of the detailed contact information.

    Filters: Don't work consistently - SPAM: considerably higher amounts - lost email replies: Cant see what was responded to. Floating Send Button: Can't send email without effort and pain. Please return to the older and useable format. This new one is terrible.

    Agreed! I HATE the new Yahoo! mail...it is almost unusable.
    I would gladly pay to keep my classic mail.
    Time to switch to Gmail, I'm afraid.

    Why do you keep changing this???? I don't want to convert to another email source but you are forcing the issue. RETURN TO MY OLD CONTACT FORMAT......PLEASE

    So now my contacts are all screwed up. There are some missing and some I have no idea who they are. I can't delete the ones I don't know who they are. What next is Yahoo going to ***** up.

    I totally agree with all the foregoing comments - go back to the old version which worked fine! Why fix something that wasn't broken! LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND STOP FORCING CHANGE JUST BECAUSE ONE OF YOUR STAFF HAS NOTHING BETTER TO DO!

    This new system SUCKS! I can't get new addresses into folders and can't find half of them. Some listed by first names, some by last names. Give me my easy, basic yahoo mail back!

    We should have a choice on upgrading or keeping the old version. I am seriously thinking about deleting my account and just use gmail.

    Please bring back the old yahoo. I do not like the change, and it's going to be time consuming to change my payment emails. Why would you change when no one seems to like this?

    Yahoo!!! Stop messing with the users!!!! How many more negative reviews do you need to actually listen to your users???? Yesterday I was again able to use classic mail!!! How is that??? I was really happy about it though... BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!! PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR USERS!!! IT'S YOUR JOB!!!! WHY DO YOU FORCE USERS TO CHANGE TO NEW YAHOO MAIL!!! NOBODY LIKES IT!!! EVERYONE WANTS THE CLASSIC YAHOO MAIL BACK!!!! SO PUT ASIDE YOUR PRIDE AND DO AS YOU ARE ASKED TO DO!!!! DON'T FORCE THE CHANGE!!!!

    None of the icons work! I can't delete, move mail or use any of the icons successfully! Extremely frustrating. Just give me my old mailbox back!
