    Do not like the new format of yahoo mail. Old format was better - please allow to revert back.

    I have had a virus come through from something like an Xcel survey. It looked legit but my computer froze until I shut it off and turned it back on. I should have deleted it. I sent it to Spam and then planned on deleting but it disappeared. Also, good mail is going to my spam folder. That never happened before. I really loved the old version of yahoo mail. It is a bit easier to clean up old e-mails with the newer version though.

    Hi. With your new forma I lost all my contactats details (like birthdays), I can not add them on my lists, I can not organise them like I want. I add new contats on my contacts list I they did not appear on my lists. I can not sent group e-mail...IT S A PAIN!!!!

    Please let us use the OLD version that exists in the background.
    Every time I go to contacts if fleshes for a second before the contacts show up.

    awful. absolutely awful. Shame on you. These were not improvements. Once again, you are trying to fix what WASN'T BROKEN.

    Bad business....bad customer service...bad service in general. You're not even giving YOUR customers what they WANT!!!

    UNFORTUNATELY I'm STUCK with you now because this is the address I've advertised to all I come in contact with. STUCK. I don't WANT Yahoo. I CHOSE Yahoo when it was GOOD and EFFICIENT (which attests to just how LONG I've been with you.) But now, Yahoo's programmers and decision makers have made it a MISERABLE service. Congratulations. You are the best -- at being the worst.

    Really, you think this an improvement? And I can no longer access addresses and phone numbers I had stored in my contacts! Yahoo *****!

    I am very upset with how slowly the new Yahoo! Mail loads. It takes 4 or 5 times a long to load messages as the old one. When I'm already fighting a slow connection on WiFi somewhere, I don't need to be further hampered by Yahoo! not working right. This is very, very frustrating. Please go back to the previous version. It worked much better.

    So why do you even need a feedback if you do what you want anyway? I will have to switch to another mail "unfortunately". This is atrocious. The fonts and backgrounds are terrible. I simply wanted to be left alone with my usual mailbox. The new "basic version" of Yahoo mail does not work as old one. It is an insult.

    GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL EMAIL!!! YOU GUYS ARE EFFING ************ CHANGING IT ALL THE TIME. MOST OF THE FUNCTIONALITY IS GONE!! IT*************!!!!!!!

    the effort of swapping all my email info on all the different sites to a new one over at Gmail is worth it due to just how trash the new yahoo is. I didn't want the new format, I didn't request it, neither did anyone else! its the worst thing youve ever done and you should expect a massive hit to your userbase as a result.

    I HAD the link to return to the old format but today that link is busted and returns me to the new one, smh. Looks like I am shutting down 3 accounts with Yahoo and moving elsewhere. Good job Yahoo.

    I've finally had it with Yahoo! I DO NOT have the time in the day to work with this ridiculous non-user friendly format! Good Bye Yahoo - Hello G-Mail. I set up my new G-Mail account in no time flat and love its user friendly format!
    Make the change!!
