    You strive to improve to make products more useful so you retire older versions--the ones that are more useful! I tried the "new" Yahoo mail years ago and hated it so I changed back.. I refused to change to the new one this time around so you did it for me. It is so inconvenient for the trash icon to be at the right side of the subject, and the new version doesn't show how many items are in trash and spam to name two. I plan to change to another mail service shortly.

    Just give me back my old email. don't like this one. Am I losing the free aspect to my e-mail? Please respond and or explain what's happening with my e-mail asap. Thanks

    Retiring the older version was your decision.....How many complaints before you put it back as it was!!! Should at least have a choice!!

    onlty wau to try tio improve it would eb to just give us back the old format until you get the new ones performance problems worked out
    Just find some way to make things like they were niow thibngs are so slow i have to wait to even read emails for 20 seconds

    Why did you do away with the Classic Version???
    Your new cardboard version is yucky in my opinion.

    @Yahoo: Seriously really! Why have you asked for your users feedback when it's as plain as day that you don't give a S**T about our feedback, nearly 20,000 requests to go back to the older format & you've still done nothing to address this issue!

    Well I'll tell you this for nothing, I'm giving you a month to roll it back or I'm going elsewhere & I would urge everybody else that's unhappy to do the same as you don't deserve our loyalty

    I am so frustrated with you guys! You FINALLY forced me to the new version today. My link to the old version stopped working today. https://mail.yahoo.com/neo/launch?action=mails

    Now my folder list doesn't fit on one screen, and there is no way to fix it. So I can now miss new mail directed to those folders.

    Congratulations on ruining my user experience and further souring my view of Yahoo.

    This new format is "dumbed down" by the dimwits at yahoo. Instead of showing the number of e-mails you have, they show ""999+". How hard is it to show the real number like in the old format? Instead of showing the actual date, they show "last week". What is going on with the idiots at Yahoo?

    This new theme/design or whatever you call it is disgusting! Bring back the old one or at least let us have the option to CHOOSE!

    Bring back the old version, theres no good reason for switching to this new one. its gross and an eyesore. gradients arent even the "thing" anymore. Its all about flat colours now.
