    Yahoo clearly cares NOTHING for its users. No wonder your company is not keeping pace with Google. You are making it impossible to stay here. Give us the option! Or we are all going to find somewhere that actually listens to users.

    Not helpful for a PC user. There needs to be an option to toggle back to the old format.

    Yahoo! Mail was best in its 2006 inception. The contacts folder was like a Rolodex, making it easy to view and edit contact information.

    I understand that UI/UX design people believe they are the gods of knowledge and they rule, but that is not true. The "old" webmail design, layout, and functionality were good. It had primary colors that were easy on the eyes instead of pastels which can be disturbing. The action buttons were accessible until they were moved 3/4 of the way across the page to make it more difficult to access. Granted, this might make it easier in a phone's browser, but you have a specific app for the phone, making this a mindbogglingly inefficient change.

    Reading the comments, the majority do have these same complaints, and the response of "As we move our products forward, we must unfortunately retire support for older versions." is not a supportable response. Moving forward means making products the users enjoy, updating the back end to be more efficient. This is 99% a backwards movement based on the UX changes alone.

    The person or team who desing the new lay-out , should be sacked. What a stupid format...I really hate yahoo mail now.

    I do not like this new format. When I receive an email and it has photos I want to be able to save them right then, instead they go into a folder and it is harder then heck to clean that folder out. I don't want to have to do this everytime I open my email. These folders are wasting my hard drive space and I want to get rid of them. How can that be done. Can I go back to the old yahoo? I hate the new one. It is not user friendly.

    Yes but when your new format absolutely sucks. And it is number one voted item for suggestions you continue to just ignore your users feedback. I now stuck with a mailbox I don't like. I've been paying for yahoo pro/mail plus for years. But this is enough. I think it is time I put my money someplace else since you are just ignoring the number one suggestion by your users.

    Dear customer service....

    Ok, how should I put this so it doesn't have to be severly censured.... I as well as at least 90% of yahoo users want the old classic yahoo mail back!!! Why did you forced us to change to new layout? It is a piece of ****!!!! The colors are abysmal.... the layout is terrible, the whole thing is just unusable! I can't see if there is new spam (and sometimes mails just land in there even though they are importatnt) I can't see how many mails are in the trash folder... so... please just let us choose if we want the new layout or not... but othervise give us back the old yahoo classic look!

    Dear Product Support. I've been trying to avoid the new version of my email but today it was foisted on me and I'm stuck with it. The most annoying drawback is that in the mailbox there's no longer the facility for searching the internet. Why? It was much more convenient to have the mail and the search box on one page. Please restore!!
