You tricked me. I was keeping the old format and when I had to restart my computer one day you took away my email in the old format. I HATE THIS NEW FORMAT! PLEASE, RETURN TO THE OLD.

No, you DON'T have to retire old versions, you could just NOT force garbage on folks and leave thing as they are instead you waste time and money on upgrades that people don't want!

THIS IS REALLY A SET BACK!! THE NEW MAIL PROGRAM IS HORRIBLE AND I CANNOT DO THE WORK I NEED TO WITH IT. I AM SO ANGRY AT YAHOO. Allow us to choose to change to the "new and improved" email. It is too hard to read and it was forced upon us. Not even Microsoft forces one to update its products and one has to pay for them! I will be looking for a new email provider that is free, easier on the eyes and to read, and does not force updates. Yahoo ****!!

One supposes that all these suggestions in English re the inadvisability of replacing the classic email with a newer UI, are falling on deaf ears...There are email clients that don't change except under the covers, you know (outlook, thunderbird, etc)

My idea? Go back to old format and STOP changing things and then FORCING us to use it.
Do not like your new format. Text is weird and scrunches together so I can't read it.

Why have you changed from classic mail which was working amazingly well to this new **** design. Moreover you have removed the classic mail option to go back to instead bought in basic mail option which is useless.
What is wrong with you guys?

You have done the same terrible thing in the past...changing things with the format with no warning and then I spend hours trying to figure out what is wrong. I can't get to my CONTACTS and I don't keep a desk phone and address book anymore, so everything is in Yahoo Contacts!! Are you just trying to get everyone to go to the Pay Version of Yahoo or what!! NOTHING works like it should!! Leave Yahoo Classic alone! Now it says above I support this idea...I DO NOT!!!
