How can we improve New Mail?

    It’s been over one month so let me know if you are going to fix the following or not!!!
    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    So if you go to check, add, or change a contact you can still see the old classic email. So the program is still there, why not let us, your customers, choose what we want? One would think that would be the logical way to handle this.

    I am going to change my e-mail address. I can't put up with this garbage any longer. It is unbelievable how you continue to ignore the people who use your system. Without us you are out of business. THIMK.

    I see no improvement. I would be happy with the old version even if it isn't supported. The new one SUCKS.

    I can't buy a new computer to be able to run your mail. Plus having to scroll all the way to to the bottom of an email to hit the send button is really stupid. All I ask is for an option to revert. The people that like the new email can keep it.

    I am not at all impressed with the new formal. could you please just restore me to classic email. If this can not happen I will be forced to go through another site for email.

    As an editor, I relied on the expediency of the search box in the old format to recall emails from all folders. The new format seems to pick and choose which emails it will locate and misses about 90 percent of them. Apparently, customers don't have the option of returning to the old format, so I am presently looking in to other email servers. This new format no longer serves my purposes.

    PLEASE.... stop forcing me to switch from Mail Classic. I liked the way I had things set up and I could not be any more irritated by the changes that you make without my consent.

    Why can't i get email from Facebook this email is the only way to retrieve my account but there are no notification for codes?

    Yahoo seems to hate users. Trying very hard to push to another platform!!!
    Whatever happened to the right click open in new window? Please bring back the right click options. People just don't look at one email at a time!!!

    i like to go back to old yahoo it was more stable than the new one and i received all my emails and not just sume of them
