On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is“We're experiencing some technical difficulties...

What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!
Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

I'll have to agree, that new format is horrible, less functions, clunky, no easy navigation... Why have you pushed this monstrosity onto us?

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give us back our classic mail. How many people have to request this before yahoo responds? How difficult can this be? Just replace the software and turn it back on. This is not moving forward.

Allow users to have a choice, don't try to fix something that isn't broke. Too often we are forced to upgrade only to find that the upgrade is inferior to the version we have been using and have been satisfied with.

I like to have the choice. I don't find any of the changes helpful and it ****** me off that you invade my privacy, email, it's the only thing left, we can pretend to have privacy over. I'm super disappointed, I expect that from gmail.

Bring back Classic Mail PLEASE.
The New Mail is terrible, the colours I like are not there, and the number of e-mails is not shown, only '999+' which is no use at all.
If I don't get Classic back, I shall be pulling out of Yahoo at the end of this year and starting a boycott of Yahoo which could make people leave in droves. I'm not joking.**********************

The "Product Support" has answered ...
What a joke !! The product is NOT improved for the customers, but for implementing new advertising systems and features !!!"strive to improve" ? Are you kidding? It takes longer for loading; you still cannot sort the view for each folder (ex, by date for Inbox, by unread for another, etc); when you want to see the calendar, it is sent to another tab and not included in your mail page; the number of unread messages is unclear; your spam filter does not work better; et etc etc. A joke after so many years.
The Yahoo mail 10 years ago was easier on the eye and was doing the same !!!"to make them even more useful to our members". You really take us for Dumb and Dumberer ...

New Layout is an absolute nightmare and looks horrible - Missing still to # of Massages in Trash and Spam folder. Why is it always necc. changing a good layout into such a piece of **** ? And no chance returning to the previous version - if you want continue with yahoo mail there is not other chance - take it or leave it - This sucks !!!
