Please let me return to the old email. I've tried to adapt, but I just don't like it. I'm a big fan of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". Please, stop trying to 'fix it'

The first time when I logged in about a week ago I noticed that the new interface has apparently been activated on my account. The last time when I logged in before that, two days prior, I had not and did not activate the new layout interface.
So naturally I wonder if someone has been using my account improperly. I surely couldn't believe you would simply switch the formats without even notifying me after months of pestering me about switching each time I logged in.
But obviously you did just that!

At first glance the interface looks nice, but after working with it Please allow the option to switch back to previous email. The interface is very laggy. Some of the features are not available like creating a folder from dropdown list when moving emails. I have been using Yahoo since the 90's and by far this has been the worst upgrades to date. The classic feature is also trash. Bring back the previous version please the The way it uses Fonts and design take up more real estate and is less functional, considering I pay for your email please be informed I dont even deal with ads and I am not happy with it. I cannot imagine what it is like with ADs. Micorosoft did a better job with its upgrades at least it includes tools for sorting and filing emails that makes up of its shortcomings to YAHOO's previous version. But now I have a reason to switch.

It’s been over one month so let me know if you are going to fix the following or not!!!
On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is“We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
• Try again
• Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
Temporary error: 500”I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!
Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

I am considering to shut my yahoo mail account unless you give the users an opportunity to return to the previous format. The latter is way better in all aspects than the new one.

I'm curious as to why you can't support all 3 versions. Considering the popularity of the classic format vs. the new (but not improved) Yahoo mail and the so called basic mail which isn't as as good as the classic mail it seems to me that it would be much easier to ditch the new so called basic in favor of the classic. However I suspect that in all things Yahoo you probably don't care what the user community thinks. Remember Flickr.

Why are you aspiring to look like the gmail interface? The old classic Yahoo interface was real good and set itself apart from others in so many positive ways. Pardon me to say: this is disappointing. You're just amalgamating/assimilating.

How many comments before you get that we all hate this "improved" email?
for every comment complaining there are people who agree with us, who can't navigate the system to comment.

Go back to the previous format. Get contacts back to how it used to be - i.e. useable. I can no longer insert photos sent previously into the body of the email. This was obviously far too useful, so has had to go.
