    EMAIL CHANGES

    DO NOT FORCE A CHANGE TO THE EMAIL FORMAT - IT IS DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE, AND DELETE GROUPS OF EMAILS....

    PUT THE OLD FORMAT BACK. OR AT LEAST GIVE A CHOICE.

    VERIZON, YAHOO, LISTEN UP...most of us hate the new email version. what can't you understand? you probably don't even read these comments. WE HATE being forced to deal with the new version. It just sucks.

    The new format is ******* the eyes. Even with the light. medium and dark modes.

    It’s been over one month so let me know if you are going to fix the following or not!!!
    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    please go back to when you send an email or get an email it automatically goes to your contacts.

    Settings has been disabled, so unable to switch back. new *****!!

    it seems that you will only do whatever you want to anyway. There were no messages saying how wonderful the change was. I only saw bad reviews and constant begging to return to the previous format. I doubt seriously that any of this will happen. it honestly seems as tho you want people to leave your service more than you wish to bring in new clients.
