    Let users have a choice between the awful new yahoo and the wonderful classic yahoo.

    I know you may think that flashy colors make things look good but that only makes it harder to see and you version of the old mail is the same version but in to bright white of a color and the short cuts don't work like pressing K for read emails now its SHIFT K ?? when that was for mark unread come on are you serious tring to make us mad
    I HATE YOUR NEW FORMAT AND YOUR NEW VERSION OF THE OLD FORMAT LOL
    REALLY JUST GET RID OF WHO EVER THINKS THEIR WAY IS BETTER AND GO BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS

    Please help me get back to the old version. The inefficiency of this new version is horrible. It is difficult to do normal things and it confuses me weather something is sent or not. I have already missed very important messages and emails because of it. The layout is difficult to read.

    to be honest I HATE the new look of yahoo mail slow loading and too many errors and can't load everything is not that I have slow connection is just that it makes more slow because of unnecessary features that we don't really using, the old looks fast load and no **** included the new look ts a big **** for me it's frustrating to implement the new looks for the people who don't really want the sh*t of it sorry for the word but that's what it is for us who's using email since way before it's an eyesore for everyone who can't return to the classic look I don't see a move forward for a new themes it's just a wrong improvement to force the user to change to the things they don't like to even the preview it's not good so slow, bring the old email back before you lost your loyal users...

    dont MAKE ME use your new feature..you're going to lose a lot of old customers with this threat. I've used your service for so many years. Now Im going to use google exclusively. shame on you for forcing loyal customers to install a service you claim will block tracking from others - while it allows you to track us!

    It’s been over one month so let me know if you are going to fix the following or not!!!
    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    I totally agree. I want my old format back!!! This new one has created nothing but problems for me that even my computer tech cannot figure out how to fix. Contacts on my list will not populate when I try to email them, I do not get notices whenever there is a new email. I will read new emails & delete them & the screen STILL shows I have new emails when I d not. I cannot toggle back & forth in my folders as I did with the old format without scrolling to the top of the item I'm in & telling it to clear. I have changed my font to Courier which is the one I need for work & it still brings up some other font. There is no way to change it to size 12, it just says small, medium, large which do not change it to 12 which I use for work. I tried to access "viewing mail" & the instructions say to go to the gear symbol. There IS no gear symbol.. My computer tech is stumped & can't figure it out either. Although I've found an alternate route to settings, then there is no "viewing mail" choice. Etc., etc. My computer tech is as stumped as I am on how to correct all of this. I was soooo happy with the old format. i have no clue as to why Yahoo changed this. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"

    Obviously NO ONE likes the changes u FORCE on us.. WE r the one who see our emails all day NOT you so stop Forcing your way on us..U truly do not care of our opinions or we would not have to keep doing this for last 2 years or more ENOUGH.

    I am trying to run a business here and it's impossible to do with this horrible new email format. Revert back to the previous Yahoo...you know you can, unless you guys completely removed it on your end. I wouldn't be surprised if you did.

    Ditto to every other comment. Give me my Classic Coke back. Did you not learn that nobody likes New Coke. Give me my classic Yahoo email back. If it was not for my Yahoo email account I would never use Yahoo for anything. I only read the articles your lame "journalists" write because I am checking my email. Your search engine will crash if everyone stops using your email

    Had yahoo email since 1998 the new version is not appealing the old format looks much better
    Have to start using my g-mail don't like this new one. Sometimes the millennial techs think what they're doing is moving technology forward give people an option this is not beta v vhs.

    This new format is Awful! I followed the instructions to switch back and that does NOT work! Ugh! If it's NOT broke, Don't fix it!
