The new format SUCKS. it keeps freezing. wont show you all your emails and i will not let you delete an email without reading it. I am constantly having to log in and out just "wait" for it to operate properly. I am very upset that you forced me to do this and would like to switch back to the old layout

I absolutely HATE the new Email format! Cannot EVEN stand the larger, bolded letters on my contacts. It is distracting and looks childish, like something a 4th grader would enjoy. You should NOT arbitrarily change formats without asking US, the Users! At the very least we should have the choice of keeping the old format or using the new. PLEASE SWITCH MY FORMAT BACK TO THE OLD FORMAT!

The new version of yahoo mail has a bad design and it is inconvenient and impractical. Just give us the version before this one !!!

Yahoo I'm not sure if you are listening to your users or not. First of all, this upgrade was more of a downgrade. First of all, what is up with no more keyboard commands? Also, the domain blocking I had feard was taken out during the changes. However, I recently figured out that there is a way to get the block list to do it. Originally it was just domain name that had to be added, to do it now you have to do it like *@domain which is two extra characters.

The new version is ATROCIOUS!! Take me back to the old version, which functioned perfectly well! This offers nothing new, and the grotesque colors are already giving me a headache! Quit making changes for change's sake, and quit trying to justify paying your techs top-dollar by inflicting unnecessary changes on us!

YAHOO.... are you reading and listening to ALL the negative comments that people have left? Why in the world would you force people, many of whom are paying users, to use this grossly subpar and unacceptable version of Yahoo Mail? You surely want to follow the path of AltaVista and Excite. Please do me the favor of letting me know when you too will have to shut down so I can have time to establish a GMail account and transfer over years worth of information that I have in my Yahoo Mail account. Of course, you could always listen to all the Yahoo users who have complained, and are still complaining, and go back to Yahoo Classic Mail....even better would be the version that existed a few years ago. Here's an idea.... try testing out the roll back with ACTUAL Yahoo Mail users..... lots of them.... so we/they can tell you what works, what doesn't, what's good, and what's bad. It's not rocket science.... I truely hope you are listening.

It’s been over one month so let me know if you are going to fix the following or not!!!
On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is
“We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
• Try again
• Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
Temporary error: 500”I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!
Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.
