Can't stand the new version. It's terrible. People like me have a hard time with all that stark white lettering or background. You have no customization features for font colors and only a few background colors. Please go back to classic. I understand you must retire support for older versions, but you can make the newer versions look and function exactly the same. Facts. Please get on it because this sucks. I'm seriously considering leaving yahoo. I've hung on and hung on but now you've ruined it.

I cannot use my password like I use to, you keep making me use my cell number so you can text me with a 8 digit number just so I can access my email, this is no good for anyone and so what if I'm not on a yahoo app at the time, should not have to be to check my email was not that way before until you changed things that no one likes. Keep this up and everyone will just drop Yahoo and start using Gmail. I don't think you want that, DO YOU. MY SUGGESTION IS bring back the Yahoo that everyone wants and loves (before you changed it) or watch Yahoo fall down around you. Your choice hope it's the right one everyone wants.

I am searching for similar formats to the old format of Yahoo mail. GMAIL looks similar to my old format. Clean, basic .. no frills. I still do not care why they did this (You tech folks could have kept our old format with new code) I hate this, I really hate this. My friends have already said "Told you so" because I have called them to see if they knew of a way around this. Sheesh .. I hope every, single, customer, opposes this forced change. This is ridiculous. I have been screaming at everyone on the phone. (After them asking me "what's wrong?") Argghhhhhhhhhh

Just got forced into the new format of mail. I hate it, hate it, hate it. My friends always said to me .. "You use YAHOO mail? .. omg" I defended it sooo many times. I liked the basic/classic mail format. I absolutely hate it now. It ruined my day, will ruin my month, and now I get to join the 'Hate Yahoo Mail Club' Wow .. this is my last straw. ... If it ain't broke don't fix it. This really sucks. I have to reset all of my dropdown shortcuts, and start shopping for new email. WOW

I need to be able to copy and paste from an excel spreadsheet and the grid lines post in the body of the email. Classic did, this new version does not.

stop changing the way mailbox looks, the new system s***** you cant see the whole width of the email and its overly complicated with ****** unnecessary graphics. and who really uses notepad in yahoo email other than scammers?

if you were looking for a way to **** off as many customers as possible and lose their custom forever, then you have succeeded. Congratulations! I have never seen as many people complain about an "upgrade". The functionality of the email is also problematic.
So, my idea is START AGAIN but this time also think of the customer.. -

i want my old theme back you yahoo jerks i hate the limited choices you give the new ones and to force us to go to the new one sucks *** give us the option to decide if we want to be on the new or the old themes you could have imported the older theme backgrounds i love my cherry blossom back ground now its like i am force to choose and the options suck

Stop making decisions for all of us thinking you know what is best!
You already charge for add free mail which is a whole other steaming pile of jokes.
Why should I pay for something I should not be seeing to begin with when someone else is paying to post?
You get paid twice!
Your so called commitment to customer satisfaction would be laughable if it were not so tragic.
Gmail is really sounding more and more enticing or better still Hotmail.

I have been switching back to the old email, but now you have even taken that option away from me. I am in the process of changing my primary email from yahoo to hotmail. I will be cancelling my yahoo account once that is completed.

Simple, easy to use for the everday user. Iam quite PC -competent, but just hate the new version.
