    Classic yahoo.... you have received thousands of concerned complaints about Yahoo Classic Mail disappearing. The replacement layout is appallingly ill-judged, thoughtlessly designed and dull. This is like waking up and finding someone has stolen a car you have known and loved for years and replaced it with a new one without explanation or consent. All users are now spending their time (and time is money) learning a less proficient system which fails to supersede the previous one in all aspects. Perhaps a civil explanation of the reasoning behind this decision may help the situation. Returning us all to Classis Yahoo Mail would solve all our concerns in an instant.

    I do not,and never wanted the New Format ! So please do not change or keep notifying me about it.

    I am happy with the original and am staying with it.

    Give me my original mailbox back, I am sick and tired of being asked everyday do I want to switch and I don't and I should only have to tell YAHOO that once.

    I don't know why Yahoo decides to do this new-style inbox **** every few years. I want the classic Yahoo Mail look, or I'll stop using Yahoo Mail and use a different company. A shame, as Yahoo was the first mail I used, and I've been using it since 1999, but I'm not THAt attached to it.

    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    Don't like new format. You have changed my format without my consent. Please provide info/instructions on how to revert to classic/basic format. Looking at previous comments you obviously have no interest in the thoughts of your users.

    Totally agree. Stop foisting unwanted updates on us. Nothing wrong with old format and much preferable to this new one. Bring back our old format now please.

    See above...your email is so old fashioned now...you need to change it and let people choose their own background as the one you have are form the 90's...get real!

    This new mail version is incomplete and harder to use than the old version. The interface is hard to see and hard to find old mail. letters of fuzzy mail cause discomfort for viewers. Please return to the old mail version recently.

    This new e-mail looks like a kid designed it I just paid the 4.95 for pro it doesn't look professional at all go back to the Classic e-mail look at all your feed back replys no body likes this new e-mail.

    I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR NEW MAIL WHICH IS CHANGED FROM CLASIC WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I WAS HAPPY WITH MY OLD CLASSIC . BUT NOW YOU HAVE GIVEN OPTION ONLY FOR BASIC. IN WHICH IT IS DIFFICULT TO FIND CONTACT LIST.

    I hate your new mailbox. I want my old one back. Time to switch providers. Says 19,294 people have requested the old mailbox back. Obviously you could care less what your people want. But you sure like to shove your advertising at us. It is time for me to let some other provider show me their advertising.

    Old format is more productive whereas new format's reading multiple mails through ticking checkered with drop down menu "mark as read" to move to different folders does not MOVE! Please rectify this ERROR.
