Dear Team,
I don't know what metrics/KPIs you are using to drive changes (if any), but listen to feedback you get from existing users. You will NOT attract new users (it would be a great idea to make some basic analysis on this) so don't force users out based on ideas build by people NOT USING yahoo mail as their main email. If the people developing Yahoo Mail are using Gmail, Outlook or any other email client - fire them OR force them to use Yahoo Mail.I HATE (yes, I REALLY REALLY HATE) the new interface to the point that I will stop using my yahoo account. I don't need change and in NO WAY the change you are forcing on me.
I dislike the ads - irrelevant, intrusive and a source of malware or scams or at best misleading - I am exploring if I should make a complain to European bodies as I feel my rights are being ignored and trampled on.
I dislike the performance, it went from BAD to AWFUL, yes, it's beyond poor.
I dislike the 3rd party scripts - it's a clear intrusion in my consumer experience, privacy.
You are making a decent product unusable.
Even your feedback form is hosted on a 3rd party page that has nothing to do with the Yahoo Mail domain - how wrong is this?
A very unhappy (soon-to-be-former) user.

Hide the right hand ad pane or at least stop it constantly refreshing adn pushing into the reading pane. Stop showing me ads when I want to change folders. Make the **** thing useable again!

every time I see the new yahoo mail I hate it even more, find it even more irritating and infuriating that this utter rubbish has been foisted on us with such high handed arrogance by yahoo.
Unless yahoo can manage to do something genuinely constructive and positive very soon then I'm going to change my e-mail provider, and if I have to do that then I will never use yahoo or any of it's services ever again.
hey yahoo, way to go! you picked a great way to try to go out of business by annoying your customer base like this!

You have FORCED this unasked for and totally unwelcome change on us without our consent, please rectify your incredibly arrogant mistake without delay.
It is absolutely not an upgrade, nor an improvement of any kind
If you absolutely must make changes to improve security or efficiancy then make them invisible to the end user, or at least give us the choice of keeping a user experience we are happy with and familiar. To FORCE us to have to change to a different user experiance without consultation, consideration or consent clearly indicates that you have no respect whatsoever for us, the end users, your customers. If you do not regard us as being worthy of being given such consideration then you can not blame anyone but yourselves if we make our own choices to take our custom to other service providers and permanently blacklist yahoo.
First rule of business survival, customer is king
it takes years or even decades to build a good reputation, but only a moment to destroy it.

I'm am having so many problems with viewing, drafting and moving emails. Why did you change from the old version?
Previously every time you moved to the new version I moved back to the old one and gave poor feedback, obviously you weren't interested as the new and improved version it terrible. Makes me think of going back to hotmail.

This completely sucks. Change it back and by the way, I'm pretty sure that 99% of us did not ask for this change and you forced it on me because I declined to change to your "New mail box" and never asked for you to change it for me. It's garbage and disrespectful for you to do this without asking.
