    What do you people at Yahoo/ Verizon think you are doing? This ''New'' email

    Who is is charge here ???? This is my email account and I did not want it changed . I want the old way . Stop doing things without permission!!!!!!!!

    Oh you must mean 'moving forward' in the way that everyone else has already done. It should be telling to you that the majority of people stayed with Yahoo liked it because it wasn't like everyone else's. Now...it looks much more like gmail. Thanks, Yahoo, for staying behind the intelligence curve.

    On our end, these are simple code adjustments...nothing needs to be retired. You're removing what your users consider useful in order to be 'edgy' and 'current'. Idiots! This is why Yahoo has been falling further and further into obscurity.

    new format is going backwards .Its just horrible to use In-fact it`s rubbish I will be leaving yahoo soon unless you give us the choice of old format

    Just simply return classic version that has been used last few years - not the older and oldest something ("basic" as you named it) and never newest one (this one is the worst)!

    UNTIL FEW DAYS AGO THEY ALLOWED TO SWITCH TO CLASSIC VERSION BUT IS NOT POSSIBLE ANY MORE!
    THEY PUT VERY OLD VERSION INSTEAD OF CLASSIC AND NOW YOU CAN CHOOSE ONLY BETWEEN NEW STUPID INTERFACE AND VERY OLD DESIGN WHICH IS WORST THAN NEW ONE!
    STOP MANIPULATION PLEASE AND RETURN CLASSIC VERSION THAT WAS USED LAST YEARS!

    Ha! Yes, the Yahoo Pro version costs 36 € per year, according to reading in the Net, it is excessive, give us our old classic version with OUR themes that we miss in the news that we do not like at all!

    The old format was easier on the eyes, had more usable features and made more sense. If I get rid of the side panel in this new mail I lose: calendar, contacts, notepad and settings! And those things are not in the right place anymore, the old groupings were better. I want to know who convinced Yahoo that this was somehow better because this sucks!!

    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.

    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    The earlier version of Classic mail of Yahoo was good,simple, easy to use,much better appearance. We would like to go back to that version. PL.provide that facility to us & many others.

    Please just give me the Classic version back.

    This one is awful and now I can't filter emails to different folders.

    Nothing was broken with the old system so why did you need to fix it?

    Don't like the new format at all! It's generic and doesn't have my OWN personality. I don't want to be forced to use this new format because it's ridiculous and terrible to use. Give me back the old format thank you!!!

    The old format was 100% better than the new one. The new format STINKS!! Go back to the old format.
