    HATE the new format, too...and that it was forced on me??!! argh! don't like the way a new window opens to compose letter, to check mail, problems w/settings page...

    did i say i wanted my old format back???? P L E A S E !!!!!

    Hello,
    3 ideas are about the same thing and they have different rankings. You should combine them so that we don't spread the votes for the same thing. They are currently ranked 551, 647, 872 -- and they are all about the same extremely annoying feature of inline previews even when you turn that off. This gets aggravated by the fact that we can't remove the inline previews. This makes yahoo unusable to me. I had been switching back to classic until this option was completed removed last week. Now I may need to switch providers.

    You have added more clicks and menus to the simplest of functions, making more work for users. Instead of simply mousing over images to scale or delete, now you have to access a menu. Want to change font, size? Another menu. "Improving" a product should include changes that enhance functionality, not impeded it. I could give a fig about how it looks. Just make it work.

    I totally dislike the new mail. I want my old email back. This "new" format isn't working. I also ended up with a virus when I was forced to start using the new format.

    The ads pop up when you are trying to delete emails you don't want! I'm seriously considering changing my email address. You keep changing the email format when there was nothing wrong with the one before. The constant barrage of pop up ads is so frustrating and quite tiresome! Your themes and backgrounds need to be rethought also. The ones you chose leave a lot to be desired. There's not a good one in the bunch.

    I am sure they do read the reviews and they are very concerned about the users viewpoints.
    They are doing all they can to make a format that you and I can easily use as long as it allows them to call the shots. I have seen this with all software updates. I pay good money for my phone and they tell me how the icons will look. I pay a lot for a laptop or desktop or a tablet and goggle, Samsung or Windows tells me what is best for me and how the icons will look like something off a child's toy.
    While most do provide an impressive operating system that we use, you will NEVER, EVER, find one that says, 'Oh I'm sorry, what would you like to see? They do not care that we use the format to work and or play, and we want to be efficient. Its like moving the groceries around the store every few days to make us stay there longer and hopefully buy more items while we look and look for the item we came in for. Its like most if not Everything else, follow the money.
    Now I wonder why I bother to be bothered by this. "It could be worse, It could be raining."

    I dont know why youd make a new version that is much slower to use compared to the last version. Ive now been forced onto the new version.

    Apart from that i like yahoo email esp compared to gmail which is horrible to use.

    i dont like the tickbox that too small making me open the email instead ticking the tickbox.
    also why should i tick the tickbox again while i have done it before i open the email.
    please fix.
