    The ability to change settings is limited and/or not intuitive. For example, I wanted to have the Contacts list appear alphabetically, with the last name being used for sorting. I was unable to find out how to do this. Additionally, when trying to find a particular contact in order to edit it - either by first OR last name - it wasn't there.
    I also want to delete one of the versions of a person's e-mail address and was unable to find a way to do it.

    couldn't have said it better myself

    all the money you pay people to change something that does not need changed (for the sake of making a change) - a big fat F-U to them and their paychecks - more wasted space in this world

    I tried this new format once before and had nothing but problems and now I have been FORCED to return to the never ending problems again.
    I will probably find an alternate source and just eliminate yahoo completely

    I hate the new Yahoo mail. Please change it back! Can't block senders anymore or spam!

    This is poor upgrade and may end up losing you a lot of subscribers. I personally am looking into migrating to Google email. It is a more user friendly look.

    This is terrible on my eyes, it's not user friendly. I don't know what Yahoo doesn't understand- if we wanted our mail to look like Gmail- we would all have switched to gmail long ago. This is really really awful, please please please give us back our original Yahoo. I tried to switch back to classic yahoo and all it does is bring me back to what you guys changed it to a few years back. It's honestly AWFUL. Please consider those of us who are begging you to not force a change.

    What are the thoughts behind changing the shortcuts.. ?
    you can upgrade themes , upgrade look and feel but you can not force user o change the way they operate.

    Poor upgrade.

    It will take me several months to get used to this new layout. Please be sure to change it again in a year so I have to get used to a new layout all over again. Also, make sure your development staff makes as many other changes that weren't asked for as possible.

    QUIT CHANGING THE FORMAT. IT IS TOTAL ****. IF THE OLD ONE WORKS LEAVE IT ALONE. NEW IS NOT BETTER
    Your new format is absolutely ridiculous and I want the old format back

    Son zamanda ne zaman yahoo.mail'ime girsem tam okurken kendi kendine bir sürü "aboutblanc" sekme açılıyor ve ben mailimi okuyamıyorum ne yaptımsa bu istenmeyen sekmelere mani olamıyorum. Bu durum ne gmail ne de outlook maillerimde yok

    Can't stand the pop up notifications. If they continue I'll use a different email service.
