The last time you tried to do an upgrade it lost functionality - the old adage applies here - if it ain't broke don't try and fix it - go back to the way it was. I suppose you keep having to improve it to justify the 'techy' jobs! Go back to the way it was.

I agree with what the majority are saying, put it back the way it was. Get rid of the gimmicky, distracting little circles by each name and the flashing ads. I haven't tried my contacts yet, but I see that is a problem. With updated technology, you should be able to keep it the same. I don't like the idea of changing to a different email, but maybe that is what I'll have to do. Communicating with others doesn't need to be flashy.

Please Return us to the old format. This is a step backwards. Makes me think it is time to switch to Google.

Really not liking this newer look. What was so wrong with the old format? Nothing! Give us what we want in /for our email. It's not user friendly at all.

Ridiculous ... always attempting to force us into a new format so that Yahoo can squeeze more ads into the page. Either return to the original, previous format or I'm gone to Gmail for good ...

I've already commented that the new email is not user-friendly. Did you all ever even check to see that it freezes, takes twice as long to load an email, that the delete button doesn't work at the top - only the one to the right of the message. I haven't been home long enough to see anything else but you have a horrible product. AND I PAY to NOT GET ADS. Do you still want my money?!? Send the Classic Mail back!!!!!

Stop forcing me to look at this **** just because you think that it is a good idea to change. Let us choose what we want. Google envy are you?

I just noticed that the little bubbles by each name aren't even correct. The technology is assuming what the initials should be.

Please don't force us to accept a new format for email. Give us a choice. Have consideration for your users and what THEY want. Doesn't that mean anything to you? Please let this sink in.
