    I dont like the new email format. I want to keep the format I was using until recently (like 3 days ago). It used to be called Classic email but now when I switch to Classic mail in Options it switches to some 3rd format that's different but still not what I want. Just give me back the email format I was happy with until very recently when you took it away. This new format is terrible. Please dont force me to switch to gmail.

    Dear Yahoo team:
    You can "retire support for older versions" all you want... We just ask that you please maintain the same user interface and user experience across all versions. Is that too much to ask?

    Things I dislike about the new Yahoo

    I cannot use the good . New emoticons are too nondescript, yuck.
    While composing a reply, reply jumps around and I lose my place.

    While reading an email, it jumps around and I have to reread to find my place. I couldn’t even put finger on screen to hold place because it jumps all over.
    Cannot move new emails to able to read those that do not fit screen. Double dislike. Takes twice as long to read email. Infuriating.
    New Yahoo takes too long to move. Don’t know why, old yahoo moved smoothly.

    New Yahoo freezes up for no apparent reason. Old yahoo ran smoothly.

    While in the middle of making an email, it disappeared. I’m not sure where it went? Now I have to find it and continue with my thought. Grrrr….
    Do not like ads showing up in my email that I cannot get rid of…
    My regular email not showing body.

    Sorry yahoo... I'm outta here. Youve rammed down the next best greatest yahoo down my throat 3 times, and I'm now going to a someone elses pay service.

    What in the world??? Yahoo mail changed by itself and how it freezes, lags, and won't open some mail?? I use this email for work and sometimes need to check something fast. What do I have to do, find another email service??

    Give us back the old Classic mail The new one is horribble and the Basic version is even worse please give us back the good Classic version where we could send Hugs Smiles and so on The Classic Version it seems everyone wants it back so please give us this option to have it back

    Leave it they way it was, quit changing for the worse..!!!!!!! Not everyone wants change, give us a choice on what we want and don't FORCE it on us like this..!!!

    I'm visually impaired and this is the third time you've changed the format and made it difficult for me to view my e-mail. I'll be happy to migrate my account to another e-mail provider if Yahoo thinks so little of me as a customer. I see enough of your advertisements on Yahoo.com. Tell me how to switch my e-mail back to the standard format and stop mistreating your disabled customers.

    I hate the new forced change. Please revert back to the old yahoo. I mean for heavens sakes. Please help me change this back. I am not happy at all!!

    I am paying money and let me have it my way. Stop changing. Don't offer me new format anymore and never.
    If you don't, this will be the last year I will have Yahoo mail.

    Can I please switch back to BASIC!?
    I don't see that option any longer. Your new version sucks. It's very slow. It shows a new email, but when I click on inbox there isn't anything there. When I want to attach pics from sent/received emails I don't see that option in the new version. So, I have to download pics and docs, and then attach them? Welcome to 2008. Seriously, what the heck is wrong with you guys?
