Please return to old format. You are going to force a lot of people to move to Google imo.

The Bright white screen is hard to look at.
I don't even want to read e-mail, it hurts.
I've tried all the settings, none are suitable.

I can't type Vietnamese character (like ă, á, ô ê, ồ ... like I used to do in classic mail! When I tried to do it the characters disappear, the cursor disappears too)

There are no improvements to the new email. It is infinitely worse than the old email. Yahoo! continues to get worse and worse and worse with all of it's "improvements." It has been all downhill for a number of years and I'm not going to give you money grubbing punk ******* my money any more after this new ****** forced change. Your email service ******* sucks and just gets worse and worse.

The part of my screen with the listings of e-mail comes in glaring white, are almost black. This is hard to look at.
I would like to have the previous version back. This one isn't an improvement.
My g-mail account is looking better. osoyoosguy@gmail.com

PLEASE stop changing an otherwise good product. the look and in particular the inability to drag and drop attachments is a massive step backwards. Change it back, enough said.

On new look Yahoo mail, the font's too thin. Lack of contrast so not easy to read. Give us a heavier font please. Stop messing it up !

My laptop does not have a huge screen, and this new layout is a big step down. Not only is a third of the screen now a hugely distracting advert, but I can see fewer emails on my screen and far fewer folders too, even in 'compact' mode. How in anyone's mind is this an improvement for the customer? I have always used Yahoo Mail but now I am seriously re-considering, I really dislike using it now with this new layout. Such a shame.

Need the old format back. Not right that you just change it. Need the option to return to the old format. As a senior citizen, it was better, more user friendly. The new mail is AWFUL. May start using my other email more, and dwindle this one out.

For 20 yrs. I've been very happy with the Classic Background; it is not broken, does not need fixing.
Do not force me to change to these newer `not improved' backgrounds.
Give me my Classic Background back; PLEASE. -

Don't like the new format. I am paying for my email and do not appreciate a new format being forced on me. Perhaps it is time to move to Google email.

Mmmm Brilliant. Just give me my old Yahoo Mail back! I feel cheated out of something that I liked with an upgrade that sends me more advertisements.
So much for customer service. Or as you whizzes probably call it, the customer experience.
This sucks.

Why are you offering to "personalize" the inbox? All we want is the classic look - we don't need personalization.

Quit the BS
All we are talking about is the look - there is no good reason to change it - it is not moving forward it is regressing. -

What improvements?
No longer drag and drop attachments, only appear now as inline graphics.
Keystroke gone for adding attachments.
Moved calendar icon to top right which displays 31 all the time. Previously it displayed the current day's date - very handy!
Slow operating speed.
No row of recent emails along the top.
Just to list a few downgrades - why don't you leave it alone!!!
Bring back the old one.!!

If classic mail isn't switched back I'm transfering all my contacts to a different email provider. This is ridiculous that your changing the look WHEN NOBODY ASKED FOR THAT... LISTEN TO YOUR USER BASE IDIOTS.
