    I can't find anything I've been here since 1998 and you are kicking me to the curb.
    I Hate with all capitals
    how god awful terrible.
    I need yahoo Classic back.
    on top of that you deleted my note pad and all of my notes that were kept for safe keeping and I have no way to recover any of that information.
    The person or persons all involved should be terminated and fired period they are not putting customers first.
    without a customer you are not in business.

    Give us back our old look Yahoo email. No one asked for the new one. If a thing isn't broke don't fix it. Are you all trying to justify your jobs or something so inventing work not needed?
    Don't need what you do. Stop messing Yahoo up !

    Leave things alone.
    Their is no need to trying re invent the wheel if things are fine leave them alone. The new version is not user friendly and I can't find anything.
    just because some young person likes it and thinks it's a good idea does not mean it's a good idea this version is so bad. in every aspect.
    You are not putting customers first period.
    If you want you should have many different ways of formatting therefore providing to each user what works for them.
    I can't stand it and I have no way to change it back.
    what the %$#@! do think your doing and on top of that you are wasting my time to now explain to you for your own doing.
    you put this on me and that's not right or fair to me the user I want to check my email and now I can't.
    you are chasing people away from using this email service and sending them to look for another company to go with.
    You have no way to contact you. how impersonal is that. very bad.

    The new platform just sucks. The classic version is soo much more user friendly. In the new platform, I have to actually click on a folder to see if there are any new emails in that folder (Classic always showed how many unread emails were in any folder without having to click on the folder). The new platform doesn't allow a wide enough space to see the headlines of unread emails without clicking on it to check and see what all or most of it says. The fact that now you are FORCING yahoo mail users to use the new platform is just pathetic. Users should always have options and you are no longer providing that.

    I hate the new and not improved Yahoo Mail. Where is the "Return to Classic Mail" button? As alwaysyou've taken someting that worked perfectly, that we liked, that we weren't tired of and that we didn't want changed and forced a new piece of garbage on us that sucks. What is wrong with you people? Give me back my customized mail page that I can't recreate with this new piece of ****. Leave things alone and fire the idiot that thought this was a good idea.

    Okay, I understand.
    We get it for free, so we should not complain too much.

    So, how about this, I (we) pay a monthly fee, but I (we) get to choose my (our) own theme, format, colors, INCLUSIVE all the very recent options. And then NO ads, just a wide screen. Can I (we)?

    WHERE IS THE DROPBOX LINK?!!!! I don't mind the update (even thought is was forced and out of my control) but at least allow me access to Dropbox. This is very annoying and frustrating!

    I REALLY HATE THE NEW BERSION OF BACKGROUND of MAIL.... the old one was better than the new .

    please do positives changes: LET US BACK TO THE OLDEST VERSION!!

    IS YOUR BETTER OPTION, you're going to less clients like that

    Since I update my yahoo email, casia daily, it crashes. It prevents selecting options and I must go to yahoo.com, return to the email and it will be unlocked. It worked better with the old version of yahoo mail. Thank you.
