    I lost my contacts stored in classic mail when New Yahoo mail started.

    How do I recover them?

    I do not want this new format, I tried it and went back to the classic because it is user friendly and does exactly what I need and want in an efficient manner. This new format is not user friendly and requires more steps to accomplish what I did before. Give me the classic back!

    cannot access internet from top of screen like with old format. This format stinks. Return to the plain old format. Every upgrade has made my mail slower and more difficult to use. The new version is so slow and not comfortable to my eyes , why you do not respect people will to choose what they like.

    Please return me to the Classic Mail that I had. I am not interested in this new format. It is not

    STOP CHANGING THE E-MAIL!!! Every time you make changes you make it much, much worse.

    What's wrong with the new e-mail? There are so many problems but here are just a few of the many problems:

    #1 It doesn't look like the old e-mail. Things are missing and in new places.
    #2 I can only see five e-mails at a time. With the old e-mail I could move the bar and look at ten or fifteen or more at a time.
    #3 It is less efficient. For example, with the previous e-mail I could just press the letter K and mark the highlighted e-mails as read. Now I have to press Shift K.
    #4 The calendar, contacts, etc. are on the far right side. Before they were on the top left right above my folders. Worse, some options are now missing.
    #5 The tool bar that had Yahoo, News, Finance, etc. is missing. The idiot who got rid of those makes it even less desirable to check Yahoo for other information.
    #6 There is no option to get rid of the preview box below the e-mails.

    The list goes on. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS VERSION OR AT LEAST ALLOW ME TO MAKE THIS VERSION LOOK JUST LIKE THE PREVIOUS VERSION.

    I will have to install MIcrosoft Outlook and stop using Yahoo's e-mail program. Before, it wasn't necessary to use Outlook since the Yahoo e-mail was pretty decent. This new version sucks. Stop making changes to the front end.

    Since i can not add photos etc to emails freely as with Classic Mail, I fail to see how this is an improvement. Quite the opposite. If not changed, I'll likely go with Gmail soon.

    The new version is so slow and not comfortable to my eyes , why you do not respect people will to choose what they like
