    While you may have new functionality, the colors available for the interface are gaudy and irritating to look at. It might help if you refer to someone with user interface expertise.

    Why can't you leave things alone or at the very least give us the option to accept of reject the changes. You force these changes on us.

    OK, we all want the old mail back but here's a clear example of why it was better; when a new email arrived in a folder other than the Inbox the good old mail used to show a big bold 1 or whatever next to Folders and again next to the individual folder. Now there's a faint grey 1 only next to the relevant folder which in my case could well be off the bottom of the screen, so every time I check for mail you expect me to scroll down to look, though most emails go to the inbox so probably there's nothing to be found but there might be something important. Did you actually try using this awful new mail before you inflicted it on your customers? And what are these stupid "cards"? Obviously they can be set to something individual but how, and if you can choose, why can't you choose not to have one?

    This new email sux. Please give me back my old Classic Email service. A big thumbs down for this new layout. If this was not my main email service, i would have closed this account long time ago. I am not happy at all.

    Who is the product manager of this terrible idea of the new interface and forcing people to convert to that? If I was a yahoo CEO, I would have definitely fire the product manager. Don't you see this many negative reactions to the new interface?
    Why do you collect feedback after all? Are you going to do anything about the new interface? Can we go back to the classic one????

    The new themes are comical looking compared to the old classic ones, I dont have high speed internet and the new mial does not function like classic. I want my classic back or I'm moving to another PAY service.
    I'm tired of this nonsesne with you !

    I've repeatedly stated that I prefer the old format and yet again and again I was given the new format. Please stop and leave me with the old format. I just hate the new format. Enough is enough!

    not at all happy with the new user interface, the layout, font, loading time everything is very non friendly. If it would have been in my hand I would never have led this happend.
