    The new themes look terrible, settings are impossible and I dont have high speed internet.
    I want my classic mail back NOW !!!!!

    I want the old interface or I am leaving, enough is enough. I think it's time to use a different email provider. Been here for a long time, but this is too much! It's not even better, it's just different & terrible to look at... Improve performance don't worry about colors & themes work on reliability & features.

    Clearly many, many, people are NOT happy! All we ask is to be able to go back to the old look & feel. That's not reasonable??????

    Please return me to last one. i cannot see my emails any more due to them always going into trash. got no trash box with is account.

    please just return to the old format! I don't like a lot of things about the new format but especially when (and if!) my drafts are saved so I lose a lot. Very frustrating. I want the old format.

    The New Layout Sucks! Give Me the Option to Go Back To old Style! I may just change email providers...

    We should NOT be forced to go to your new format, please give me the old classic format back...PLEASE.

    I don't like this new one at all. The message box is so small and all the distractions around it make it hard to read. I'm not sure why you all feel the need to do this so-called upgrade every year or two. At least with the other versions we got to keep our classic email. I'm not seeing that option now. I read that you aren't able to support older versions when you "move products forward." Well, how about not moving your product forward. Or if you do, keep the look and feel of the old one just with better coding or whatever it takes. This is my primary email address but since I've got several to choose from I'll move on if necessary. I preferred Yahoo because it wasn't as fussy as the other ones. But now, it seems the other ones are more streamlined and Yahoo is going overboard. I'll give it a little while before switching.
