    You never listen to your users so why bother with this charade. There was nothing wrong with the old one, actually this is true for the last half dozen "upgrades". You are simply trying to justify your continued employment with Yahoo and don't give a rats *** about the users. There is a warm place in **** waiting for you.

    if you click on your contacts (top right by the settings) it will get you back to your old format - I tried it 3x and it worked every time

    There are literally 18k people (almost) telling you to switch back to the classic E-mail including myself. Give us our old format back please...LISTEN TO YOUR USERS.

    Agree we need the old version back. Why change it when it's not broke? The new page just looks awful and glaring. We should have a choice to use old format. I may just switch to a new email provider if this isn't fixed, especially as Flivkr is not longer linked to Yahoo..

    New format is absolutely HORRID. Background color choices are too limited and look disgusting. I am ashamed to have it up on my screen. Also since upgrade navigation through emails are slower. Really need to go back to the way it was.

    I hate this! Why do you have to change the look of mail? There isn't even an obvious way to take it back. This is very invasive!

    I don't like the new format and I object to the principle of having to accept the new format without any choice in the matter. What happened to freedom of choice.

    STOP CHANGING THINGS!!!! This is beyond frustrating. What even is the purpose of changing the format? Infuriating!
