    This new format is horrible and I have kept switching back to "Classic" Yahoo email, when Yahoo would switch me to their new email. I do not want to be donwgraded and degraded. Switch me back or I will switch to Gmail.

    I hate this new email. I want my old back. I am going on a search to find a new email place to be since I HATE this one. You even took away my PINK background. I HATE the new Version. BAD BAD BAD MOVE YAHOO

    I don't like the new look. Change it back the way it was or I'll never use Yahoo again! Change it back NOW!!!

    The font is blurry and inconsistent some incoming emails are clear font, other is blurry.

    As with others, I do not like the new version of Yahoo Mail. I want to use the old version. Every time I have logged into my e-mail for the last month, I have been asked if I want to switch to the new version, and I have always answered "no." Now it seems I do not have a choice, as I can no longer find the option to switch back. Also, I am forced to use Edge or Chrome, neither of which do I like. What is wrong with Explorer? Can't you just update it while keeping the format basically the same. I do not understand why I am forced to use a web browser I do not like, and I am forced to change to a different e-mail format.

    New version is absolutely appalling. Old format much better less intrusive & distracting. Considering ditching Yahoo & using a different email provider

    Where's the setting to switch to basic? I had to follow an external article link to a special "basic" email link to login. This is ridiculous. Let users switch to Basic! Better yet, let them stay in Classic. I might just switch to Gmail and be done with this.

    YOUR "NEW" MAIL FORMAT IS A STEP BACKWARDS!! HARD TO FOLLOW AND USE; DISTRACTING AND UGLY!! SOME YOUNG CLOWN MUST HAVE DECIDED TO ***** UP A GOOD THING - GO BACK TO THE OLD FORMAT!! JUST BECAUSE ITS NEW DOESN'T MEAN BETTER - NO WONDER YOU'RE UNDER INVESTIGATION!!
