With every other "upgrade" I have been allowed to return to my best version. I PAY FOR NO ADS. You get money from me. I should see, at the very least, the version I want. I will say that it looks like the right-click function works to add a folder, which has never worked in any previous upgrade. I have not explored the options within sending mail, but really require the option to change text color when replying to a client. Yahoo does itself no benefit in changing people who actually PAY for it.

On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is
“We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
• Try again
• Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
Temporary error: 500”I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!
Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

Help people to go back to Basic email, as this version is far more manageable.
Give the settings to revert to the old system. -

I do NOT like new format and I am not at all happy with be forced to change to it. PLEASE let me return to old format. Like another person stated perfectly, "Change for the sake of change is NOT good and truly serves no meaningful purpose". We should have 100% choice as to whether we want to make any change to our mail. Changing fonts and other design aspects do not make it more "useful", as you responded in one of the feeds. Thank you for opportunity to express feedback and I hope you take into serious consideration mine and everyone else's feedback.

Yes, completely agree - where are the functions to change text size, highlight, bold, add colours? They meant to I could actually add some joy and extra clarity to my work messages - it this all about making us pay for some upgraded service?
Also, what about all the functions regarding holiday responses - where have they gone?I really would like to go back to the old layout where the email responses are more held on the page - the new layout makes the email float on the page with less definition.
I do rather resent being forced to go to a new format and having no choice about that - I have looked but see you have offered no choice in your Settings.
It's such a complete pain to access e.g Contacts via an entirely new web page too !

Over 18,000 users wanting back the original Classic Mail. This version is very poor for people with bad eye sight. For those of us with good eyesight it is not good either and means we must spend a huge amount of time relearning the system. This is like waking up one morning and finding someone has changed your car without your consent. Why do it?

I don't like the new yahoo mail and I don't like being forced to upgrade to it either. I am so use to using the old and it is easier for me to use.

The new email format sucks ***. Leave it alone if its not broke. I hate the themes. The email layout is horrible. Complete waste of your company time to roll out this ****. Give back the option of the old format.
